I ordered a burger, and it only took a few short minutes to receive it, which in hindsight should have been a red flag, but I ignored it because I could see that the burger patty looked like it was cooked. However, when I got home, I took a bite of this burger and looked at the inside of the meat patty. I could now see that the outside of it was cooked, but the inside was red. I had to spit out the food in the trash. I then had to fully cook the burger on my stove. After that I could eat the burger. The taste of the food was disappointing.

Bought $35 worth of food tonight. We were asked if we wanted sauce and we said”yes, a lot of Arby’s sauce “. Sorry it makes it not taste dry. Got home had 4 packs. 3lbs of roast beef, sure that was “a lot”. What’s the issue? Over priced sandwiches and a bitter manager worried about food cost! This is not the first time but it will be our last time with Arby’s.

This food is horrible. I will never come back to this Arby’s. I will take my business to the better Arby’s on broad street. I just purchased a medium roast beef with cheddar cheese sauce on it and I didn’t get cheese I got some other sauce. Then I brought it back because I asked for cheddar sauce. Now mind you the receipt said cheddar sauce and the sticker on top even said cheddar sauce. When I got another one it got the same sauce on it. Which I do not like. And this time the meat was hard and seems like it’s old. So now I am at Wendy’s near them in line now paying for food again. The reason I am not going to broad street now is because I just got off work and want to go home. I will never go back to that Arby’s again. I will always go to the one on Broad Street from now on. I will also tell anyone I can to never go to that one.

The food is always good ,that’s the only reason I still eat there ,but every male staff member that I’ve encountered there either acts borderline hostile, like they are disgusted that you are there, or they refuse to speak or respond when spoken to. Either way it always makes you feel mildly threatened. I personally think it’s a race thing.,but that’s just my opinion,I’m always respectful and polite regardless of their lack of civil decency

I’m a pretty understanding person, I understand being short staffed and struggling. But throwing a chicken nugget on a sandwich and covering it with two big slices of tomatoes is laziness. This “sandwich” was covered with so much condiments, by the time I got home it was cold. I paid for a sandwich and got poor work ethic instead

This place is always pretty fast. I’ve never had a wrong order or anything missing. Although the blonde lady manager always seems a bit annoyed that I’m there. But I work retail at mc Donald’s and know how it is. Great store, always clean and always efficient. Gotta love them

Ordered a beef and cheddar, about $6 for just the sandwich, and it hardly had any cheese. To dry to eat . Turkey sandwich was pretty much missing the turkey, so I guess Arby’s no longer has the meats . Used to be a great location, huge disappointment. Prob will not return.
