Got 2 of the $7.99 boxes, ordered 1 box with the chicken sandwich, curly fries, mellow yellow. Was told couldnt do chicken said could do fish sandwich or roast beef, so I picked fish. The other box I wanted the roast beef, curly fries sweet tea. Was told huh we cant do tea. So I got coke, get too the window to pay. Hands me my food out and never gave me my drinks. Turns his back, I’m still sitting there, huh did u have drinks, yes the 2 drinks that came with my meals. What was your drinks, told him mellow yellow and coke. Hands them to me with no ice, I ask do u not have ice and he walks off. The young man at the window was very rude. Get home everything was cold, no ice in my drinks, no marinara for cheese sticks. I use to love to eat here but its gone down hill and the food is never fresh anymore and the service is awful.

My father is 94 and he always asks for a regular roast beef and a plain baked potato. I take him something every Sunday after church, Nine times out of ten when I order this Arby’s is out of baked potatoes. I just don’t understand why they can’t have baked potatoes on a Sunday after church! Put in enough! My goodness it isn’t rocket science!

Welcome low-cost fast food in these very hard times for us in the middle and low income class. How’s a small coffee for $1.29?

The food was really good and we had a $15 coupon for a three course meal for two. The lobby could have been a little more cleaner/organized, but all in all, it was a good experience.

I like Arby’s food. However, it just takes that one employee to make the food taste like the service. We visited this location in Russell springs Kentucky over Christmas. We didn’t get our condiments so we finished getting gas and ride back over there.
My daughter went inside to get some sauce. Well before she could even get her sentence out, one is the employees Said it’s over there, pointing at the condiment station. My daughter said we came through the drive through and then the lady said while rolling her eyes, I Said it’s over there, we don’t have any packets.
If infact they were out of every flavor sauce packet, then fine. It is what it is. However, that’s not good customer service. A polite answer would be suffice.
Next time try to do and listen. Then with a polite attitude and not rolling your eyes, say, ” I’m sorry/ I apologize for the inconvenience but we are currently out of sauce. I can give you a container with a lid if you’d like to get some from the condiment station.

Bathrooms were awful. A local customer decided to lecture me about the role of women, interrupting our meal. No napkins available. Young man at counter was impressive at wearing many hats: taking orders, running cash register, preparing drinks and shakes, and announcing orders ready.

Typical Arby’s. Not super happy about the costs these days, but quality is generally pretty good

Everytime we put in an online order we are always missing something. I learned to check the bag before leaving, but my husband picked up the food today and we were missing a curly fry and my youngest entire meal. I honestly shouldn’t be paying $55 for dinner and end up having to eat it cold because we have to go back and get the rest of our food. There have also been time I put in the order, it tells me when it should be done and I get there and still wait another 10-15 minutes for my food.

I understand people make mistakes, I use to manage in fast food myself, but this is to the point of being ridiculous.

Was there lost my air tag tracked it down and the manager threw it away. So that ruins this business for me it was only 2 days and we all know how big an air tag is. It shouldn’t have been thrown away.

I always get a deluxe potato but I don’t like the melted liquid cheese that started putting on there…it’s difficult to order it and I feel awful changing things and being picky. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes not. I’ve got to learn to check before I get home and get mad. Also the didn’t give us a coke we ordered. I’m not a complainer but stuff is to expensive to come home and throw away food coz it’s not what you wanted.
