Absolutely ridiculous as expected in today’s society. 10 minute wait to even place the order. 20 minute wait at window and still wrong with bad attitudes all the way across the board. When it’s ” fast food” and nothing in the industry takes longer than 30 seconds to prepare, these people do not deserve the increased wages , in fact they don’t even deserve the sub $3/hour I made when I worked on the industry and performed 10000% better. Shut the place down. Absolutely everything is bad bad.

This Arby’s states they’re open until 10:00pm in the lobby however when we arrived at 9:30pm they informed us they were closed. After we insisted that the posted hours indicated they should be open they did let us in. I hope whoever is in charge will fix this issue!

Giving 2 stars because I have had worse service.. but the experience was overall bad. Took forever to go through the drive thru. Once we got to the window, we were asked to pull over to wait even longer. Food came & order was wrong so had to go inside, more waiting. Food was not great. Probably won’t be back. :/

Our visit was in the drive thru. The food was quick and tasted great. The service was less than friendly. It was like the lady was mad at the world and she seemed put out that she actually had to wait on us.
