Wanted to eat in dining room. Went to door and it was locked. Hours said open dining room at 10:00. It was 10:10 when we were there .Tried to get them to come unlock door but no response. Left.

Had to go back into restaurant two different times tho get meals corrected, one kids meal fries with no chicken tenders then an adult meal with no fries and at no point did they apologize for not getting it right. Worst service available.

One of the oldest Arby’s buildings I think I have ever been in, but the food is always good! Staff was pleasant and place was clean. Had the smokehouse brisket sandwich meal which I will put up against any brisket sandwich anywhere. No more potato cakes but curly fries are always hot and fresh. I would eat here anyday and remember to ring the bell!

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. Placed a mobile order and i pull up and they tell me since it’s a large order (2 sandwiches, 1 fry) i need to come inside and pick it (while it’s raining) instead of the drive thru.
They also act like every thing is such a chore or task when it’s their freaking job…

It’s a fast food place so I’ll give them a 3 but the ladies who worked there were extremely nice and the food was great. Everything was fresh and hot and tasted great. I got it to go but the inside decor and seating has. Been the same since 1980. They could really update the place and they need more help there.
