Possibly the worse fast food meal I’ve ever had. The classic roast beef and cheddar normally comes with a red sauce not BBQ sauce. Whatever BBQ sauce they put on my BURNT bun was absolutely disgusting. The bun itself tasted like it was pulled from a garbage disposal. The woman at the window was friendly but shame on the rest of the crew for allowing a paying customer to receive such a disgusting meal, to the point I had to rinse my mouth out after trying a bite. Absolutely terrible. Check expiration dates managers!

I sat in the drive thru with my boyfriend for over 20 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. They said they needed a minute and we waited until about 15 and asked if we would be able to at least take our order because it is a cold day and we at least wanted to roll our window up. The lady was very rude and they were not busy. There was 4 cars when we got there and we left and none of the same cars were there. So they were just very rude and disrespectful for no reason.

Why is there buffalo sauce on my pulled pork bbq sandwich you ask?? Bc there was nothing but meat and a pickle on the sandwich. 3pm on a Tuesday. Fries were cold as they have been every visit for the last five trips here.at 3pm they should have had to be made fresh with no one else in the line or parking lot. There is a timer to use to know when to make new fries. These were well past that.i love Arbys food, but something is going on here- maybe a lack of training- I’m not sure..but it’s the best menu in town as far as fast food goes, and I keep hoping- and keep being disappointed

Ordered through the drive thru yesterday. Wait time was a little long; however, I think that has more to do with the staffing than reflective on the employees. The person working the speaker & window around 2PM yesterday 12/7/23 (did not catch their name, which is a pity! I would have loved to name drop you here) was absolutely polite and lovely.
It was good for the quality and experience you expect of an Arby’s. Warm and very fresh. My mom and I enjoyed it immensely.

First off, the food here is great. There’s no taking that away from them.
However, I’m very certain that they’re policy requires a minimum 10 minute wait time before serving food to folks. I mean you can plan your next year’s birthday there, order your food and by the time it gets to you, be five minutes late for the party.
The folks are nice enough, but the some of the booths are more like a teeter totter or a boat ride than a seat.
Don’t try to get lunch there on the weekdays trade workers, you’ll be late back to the job site every time.

Just went through the drive-thru. I asked for a double roast beef sandwich. After paying but before leaving the window I realized I was handed a regular roast beef sandwich. I told the guy at drive thru who was really nice. He apologized and said he misheard me and that he had charged me for a classic sandwich. He yelled at the manager and asked what to do. The manager come over and ask me if he can give me 3 oz of meat. A little weirded and grossed out by that I asked if he could just give me another sandwich. Money was never discussed but I was willing to pay the difference. He said he could not give me another sandwich because that would mess up their bread count. What does that even mean? I finally said just give me the 3 oz of meat. Made my own sandwich today folks! Well… at least I helped.
