Food was uneatable. Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches, they were no longer warm, hard and dry with a foul taste. They couldn’t be eaten. They were completely out of sauce too, which seemed odd. It was very bad.

Ordered online and picked up in store. They handed me a bag and none of my drinks. I told the lady at the window that I was missing my drinks and she huffed and asked what I had…she just seemed super ticked that I had ordered there. I was polite and thanked her and headed on my way with my food. Then we we got home we realized that my wife’s jalapeño poppers were burned and gross looking. This is completely unacceptable. The attitude was bad enough, on top of the fact that I ordered the food myself online so all they had to do was read what I already gave them and they can’t be bothered, but the worst of it is giving people food that looks like this. This just shows that they don’t even care or try anymore.

25 dollars for 2 beef and cheddars and a medium order of curly fries. When my husband gets home with it there was a medium box of curries only half full and no he didn’t eat them. Just sad you pay that much and don’t get a full order.

Day shift is decent , but night shift is another story. I just went inside bought 3 meals to go just to get home to discover the top buns on 2 of the sandwiches was burnt, the roast beef was cold along with the 3 large curly fries bein cold & old enough my dog wouldn’t even eat them.

Stopped in 6-23-2025 for a quick meal while getting our vehicle serviced. Was in awe at the sticker shock of the prices for everything. For fast food it was super expensive.
Placed our order and it came pretty quick. Roast beef sandwich was not hot it was warm at best. Place was quiet for most part and fairly clean.
Was just about finished eating when I noticed one of the female employees decided to undo her hair behind counter and shake it out. She retied it up and never wiped the anything down and I am sure hair follicles would have fallen all over. Of course there was no hair nets being worn. Noticed the male employee wore gloves while he fixed food. It was also the same gloves that he used to play on his phone, go out and have a smoke with as well as just wear to do anything without no change of gloves.
So what I saw was the cross contamination or proper hygienic habits are not practiced here at this Arby. I guess that’s why the place was empty. If this is what I saw while I was here I wonder how bad it is when customers are not around.

This is the second Arby’s to not fill the fries up and make the customer feel they’re getting what they paid for. The fries were cold and felt like the bottom of the barrel.

This location is connected to a gas station. The food is good and got and it’s clean inside. If any complaints, I would say they’re a bit slow. But your food is fresh so it’s a give and take. I’ll take that….
