Food was good not as I remember it. It was an excellent or anything went with the standard roast beef sandwich and triangle hash browns. Of course I had to have Arby’s sauce also. The place could use an update. It was still yummy

Watched the person at the cash register go from touching cash and cards straight into the kitchen and pull a French fry straight out of the fryer basket and into their mouth….. The food wasn’t the best the chicken sandwich was fatty and had some weird parts in it that just grossed me out at the end. The steak bites just reminded me of roast beef/ beef jerky definitely not worth the price point or steak like.

I came at 12:15 to eat lunch. Three people waiting at the counter left because no one would take their order. The drive through line was full and the employees were busy. However, a lady came out took one order and returned to the kitchen. Two more left so I was at the front of the line. After waiting for another 4 minutes. I said in a loud voice. Five people have walked out of here and I am about to be the 6th. The lady replied we are busy. I left and on the way out the door I told another guy coming in you got a long wait and he left. I eat here regularly…but no more. You need to take that bell down.

Always go to this one! They CARE and it shows! The food is consistently hot, made perfectly, and tastes delicious. There’s usually always someone cleaning, so it’s spotless, and their attitudes are outstanding! Trust me, go out of your way to go here!

This is the newer of the two Arby’s in Paducah. It has a very nice dining area. The person taking our order was very nice and cordial to us as well as others. We ate off of the Happy Hour Menu which is a fabulous deal!

The place was clean but the kid who to my order and others was a complete tool and should not be allowed to run a register. He couldn’t count money and was a bit rude.
