This particular arbys had been subpar for the last year or so. I had actually given up on them and arbys because of it. We decided to give them another try tonight. I am glad we did. It was back to the quality I had come to expect from arbys and quite frankly demanded. For the price they charge(they are one of the highest of the fast food places) they should deliver something a cut above the rest. They do once again, for now anyways!

Went thru the drive thru sat 14 minutes for cold pc of fish n the large tea is in the FORMER MEDIUM CUP . (I know bc I used to wrk for arbys.) Pd 10$ for tea that tasted like syrup n a pc of fish i threw out the window

This Arby’s could use an upgrade all the way around, starting by the employees, they are not friendly, they have no customer service at all, and they take forever to fill an order, there was two people ahead of us and it took them almost half an hour to get our order or maybe it wasn’t their fault because there was one employee on the back doing the orders another one filling them and the cashier. We were traveling with hungry kids and most of the time we don’t check the reviews and it’s Arby’s one would think is like our neighborhood Arbys but not all have the same friendliness.

I wouldn’t let me dog eat here. The food was good. However, my 2 friends and myself stopped by and we were the only ones at the restaurant. We were told to pull up and they would have our order out. Mind you, we ordered poppers, a roast beef cheddar with no bun, and a water. I was going to try their pie but they said it was going to be a 7 minute wait and I politely said “No thank you, I don’t want to wait that long.” Fast forward 20 minutes, no order, and the employee who was supposedly making our order was sitting on the counter scrolling through his phone (we could see inside). My friend calls and says that we have been waiting for over 20 minutes for 2 items and it was ridiculous. They brought our food out after stating they “forgot about us”…..us being the only customers there. We waited in the drive-thru for a total of 33 minutes before we got our food. Which, again, 2 items. No lines. No other customers. After stating I feel like we should get a coupon or a voucher for a free meal they said “is that all” and hung the phone up.

Went through the drive through ordered two medium orange shakes for 3.99 each. When the order taker told me my total it seemed high…. I asked if the shakes were 3.99 like it said on the menu. ??? He said no they are 4.49 now the price has gone up… I told him the drive through menu says they are 3.99. He said one second let me get a manager. Lady manager came on the line and said we haven’t had a chance to change our prices on the drive through menu and the price is now 4.49. Nothing she can do about it… we cancelled our order… very very disappointed in the service from management.

I like Arby’s food. Went through the drive through (first in line, 1 car behind). Before we left lot I looked in our bag & we had wrong order. Walked back inside to get correct order, (that took a while), took away the convenience of drive through. Arby’s in Cattletsburg, Ky. Only 2 people working.
