Anyone choosing to go online for the option to order without a bun, be advised this location does not have enough sense to put the food in a proper container. In addition, if you try to bypass the ignorance and request a plain roast beef without a bun and a side of cheddar, you will likely be charged the extra $.50 and receive less than a cup full of cheddar directly added to the meat, instead of on the side as requested. The rest of the order was fine for my family.

There beef and cheddar might as well just be a roast beef sandwich. There was just a dot the tiniest do on both my beef and cheese. Then they dont got marinara sauce for There mozzarella stick. Yep I won’t come here again. Got to BLT sandwich that was cold nasty the bacon wasn’t done and it was inedible and expensive pay $24 for one BLT sandwich one small tiny thing of macaroni and cheese and two strawberry lemonades. I love Arby’s but I’ll never go back to this location ever personality list employees the app didn’t work there they wouldn’t let me use my 20% off in my app which is why I keep the app so I can get deals because you guys are expensive and they wouldn’t honor it because they don’t accept the app an online orders in the app shut the Arby’s down if they’re not caught up to date with the rest of the Arby’s in the area That’s not cool You waste my time you give me crappy food and you overcharge me for your crappy food If I’m going to pay $12 for a freaking sandwich and a small macaroni and cheese I expect a pretty good sandwich and some pretty good macaroni and cheese cuz I could go to McDonald’s and get three meals for three human beings for that price and it tastes like McDonald’s right Right so I will never go here again this is a horrible store and he’s updated it’s ugly it’s nasty parking lots nasty people are not good employees are crappy bye

Fellas.. this one is for you.. when she says, “I’m not hungry.” Or “I don’t want anything.” Maybe she doesn’t eat much or just wants a bunch of different things.. Check out the snack menu. That’s perfectly priced for all her little snack needs.. Received excellent customer service and delicious made to order food! This is a nice location near Ohio river and extremely close to the city! So, if you’re in the area check them out!

If I could I would give zero stars. The first night I had 2 orders which both got messed up. I ordered a total of 4 bacon beef n cheddars, none of which had bacon. Called and they didn’t answer. So called back the next day manager wouldn’t give me her name. Said I had to come that day to get my order replaced. So I go later on that day to get my order replaced and the person at the speaker asked me who I spoke to and couldn’t give a name. Then he asked me what color she had. How would I know what color hair she had when I spoke to her on the phone? So finally after it’s all said and done I get my sandwiches replaced. Get home sit down check the sandwiches and it’s literally bacon crumbles on all the sandwiches. Whatever at this point I’m over it and just say I won’t be back to this location again. Get to eating my sandwich take a bite and there is a hair that is wrapped in the middle of meat. Funny thing is my husband found a hair yesterday in his sandwich and we just assumed it was from me or one of my kids. But after tonight I think it’s from this store. It’s a grey hair which the manager that was there had grey hair. Dinner ruined.
