Arbys this has to be my favorite restaurant in middlesboro ky food always delicious I feel i get what I pay for everytime I go menu so big food always hot and fresh. Best chesse sticks and roast beef in town. As for the people there always friendly. And seem to be happy to work there. I cant say enough about arbys my whole family loves it. If you want a great meal at a fair price I would say go to arbys. I would highly recommend arbys.

Stopped in about 20 minutes before closing to order a simple combo meal. Nothing complicated. The employees were loudly complaining about the order and acting annoyed that someone came in that close to closing. I understand everyone wants to go home, but customers shouldn’t feel unwelcome for ordering during posted business hours. Not a great experience.

The woman that took our order was clearly having a bad day. Food was 10/10 but the customer service was NOT it. Why choose a job that requires you to interact/speak with customers if you can’t even make an attempt at being a kind person. I understand people go through things but it’s never stopped me from being a friendly person.

Ordered the new steak nuggets, gave waiter my name, 10 minutes later ,name called, bag handed to me. There was just 1 guy working front and 1 guy working window, all the cooks were in back. Got home ,had 2 roast beef sandwiches. Drove 10 miles back, advised the guy who took order that i had wrong food, i wasn’t mad,just wanted the proper order, first thing he said “I DIDN’T GIVE YOU THAT”. I said ,did you take my order,answer yes, I ask how the bag got from the back and my name was called and food handed to me. He kept saying , IT WASN’T ME. My thought was ,OK,just give me the proper order and whoever handed me the food, (HE SAID HE WAS A MANAGER) advise them to try and get orders correct, I had to drive 30 miles total and its because someone didn’t take time to make order correct. I don’t mind someone making occasional mistake, but when you are confronted,take responsibility for the mistake, that’s the reason for a 1 star review is “attitude of manager,” not because of wrong food and 40 minutes of travel just to get a 9 piece steak nugget order

food was okay. kind of smaller than i would expect but you can’t always expect the most out of things like that as far as fast food goes. but my biggest issue was seeing two employees visibly being flirtatious towards each other, which i feel like is something that should be addressed behind closed doors rather than at your public job but decent food meh service.

Arrived at the Drive thru to place my order for the item advertised on the sign near the highway only to be told it’s discontinued. That I feel is poor customer service. I will second guess my next visit not being sure if the items advertised will be priced correctly. So I chose another restaurant who gladly accepted my business.

Today, I ordered a cheese steak sandwich and a smoked brisket sandwich. The time stamp on my receipt was 4:30:56. I was asked to pull over and was happy to oblige. I even called my son and told him that at least the food would be hot and fresh. After being approached multiple times with other customer’s orders and watching them go from car to car, I finally got my own order. 2 sandwiches, $19.69. The bag had obviously been handled by several people, and the time on my watch was 4:50. It took 20 minutes to get my order and the food was barely warm. I will not go back.
UPDATE: After my review, I received a response from Arby’s, with a link to contact them. I had already seen the exact same generic, identical response with the same link on all the negative reviews, which comprises the majority of diner’s experiences. The link did not work, not in the Google Maps app or on the internet. So, basically, more of the same crappy service. I wonder if ANYONE was ever able to reach the owners.

Today ordered my sandwich and my wife the French Dip sandwich,no cheese. Checked French dip sandwich laying on top of bag, had sandwich correct, so I got home, dug thru bag,No Au Jus to dip sandwich,what do employees think they call it a DIP SANDWICH, but put nothing in there to dip sandwich in? Hey guys it’s not ROCKET SCIENCE,it’s called service. Sure I can dig thru the entire bag with a half dozen sandwiches and the wrappers all loose and sandwiches fall apart ,fries falling out of holders ,but all I ask ,is just do your job.

My wife and my four year old son and myself went to eat here tonight. As soon as we walked in one of the workers that was at the register ran to the back to avoid us and the lady that did come to the register yelled at my four year old because he touched a balloon. Needless to say we didn’t eat there. We opted for McDonald’s
