The employees are kind and helpful. The service is decently fast. Food is always hot and accurate. The building and parking lot are in horrible disrepair though. There are so many potholes and it desperately needs redone. The womens restroom sink is also missing a pipe so water just goes into a bucket.

Not sure why but Arby’s has been lacking lately with chicken dried out and a lot of mistakes. Got home one night to find out they didn’t include our order of chicken strips but it was my fault for not checking the bag I was handed in drive-through.

Lost my appetite after the open grey water freely flooding the bathroom floor. Tons of flies and gnats. Meat undercooked. Kids couldn’t eat away from bugs. Somebody’s going to get sick or injured. I gently mentioned the sewage issue to management. He joked that there’s not much he can do about it since the building is from the 70’s. Actually using J traps on sinks coats about $30 though.

The roast beef on the sandwich was less than what I had received before. The curly fries were just barely warm. The drink dispenser was out of order in the dining area. The bathroom had an overflowing trash can and a sticky floor. And I normally enjoy going to Arby’s but this was a very unpleasant experience.

I don’t know exactly what this Arby’s has done or if it is just this one or all Arby’s, but the chicken strips have changed and are more like planks now. They were super tasty. But the highlight of this trip was the mouth water cheese sticks. My daughter and I have gotten them plenty of times before. Fresh and hot and not so fresh and hot. All those times, they were just ok. They have either switched the type they use or the oil they are fried in. Something has changed for sure because these were the very best, most flavorful cheese sticks we had ever had. I would not write a review for a fast food place, but this Arby’s have totally upped their game!

I’m a big fan or roast beef and especially of the 3 pepper sauce! I’d give anything to be able to buy that sauce by the bottle! I stop here fairly frequently and they havnt messed up my order at all, yet anyways haha.

Had to return 3 times in one night due to raw roast beef and wagu burger. The worker said its always a little pink… pink and raw is two totally different things. The 3rd time it still was raw but was so aggravated just pulled out and left

Really thought we would get better service and food at this location. We walked in and all the employees were sitting down, and acted like we were bothering them when we came in. My wife’s food had been sitting there way past the hold times, curly fries were old, her coke tasted awful, and the tea tasted like it had been sitting for awhile as well. Definitely won’t be going back. Thirty dollars worth of food wasted.
