my food is always messed up or cold when I go to restaurants most of the time. this is the only place I can honestly say my food has never been messed up, always fresh and warm. customer service is wonderful, there is a gentleman that works the front counter at night. he is always so happy, energetic and polite. always feel welcome when I go in. much better than any of the Arby’s I have been in….keep up the great work….

Stopped here on our way to a funeral that is 3 hours away. There were 5 of us, only 4 of us ordered. My wife and I got a single beef and cheddar and one double beef and cheddar. Everything was going great, even the spikey haired lady tried to gas me up with compliments like her hourly wage came down to how much commission she snags from the special $1 cheese sauce. Things took a turn after we left. My double beef and cheddar was a single. Less meat equals less happy. Then my buddy looks over and says he got bbq with his cheese sticks! What kind of a psychopath gives you bbq with cheese sticks!? Do you also give trick or treaters expired Arby’s coupons to fuel your addiction of $1 cheese sauce sales and bbq cheese sticks? Anyways, food tasted great, but now I’m slightly sadder than when I first came.

The hamburger at this location is not very good.
It was cold and raw in the middle, tomatos were gooshie, and the sauce made the bread soggy. Everything I dislike in a burger. I ate half and threw the rest away. Such disappointment.
