They are under staffed. One of those places where the drive up windows people get taken care of. But if you are inside ordering, you are not a priority at all! The manager was doing a lot, but not taking good care of us dining in. We had to remind him to give us our cups. I didn’t get anything to dip my jalapeño bites in. As I was waiting forever in line to get what they should of given me. The line wasnt moving because the drive up window was the only thing being taken care of. My jalapeño bites were getting cold. I gave up and I won’t be coming back

The food is Great, but the service is not they don’t listen to you. They don’t put sauces in your bag or napkins unless you ask for it. shouldn’t have to be like that they should automatically ask you that stuff at the window or put it in your bag automatically ♀️

I hadn’t been to Arby’s for years and decided to go there just for a Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich. Get home and low and behold not one piece of bacon on the sandwich, lol. I’ll never return to this location, or any Arby’s ever again. Thanks for ripping me off

Went there oct 5th manager with Red hair and glasses was scolding an employee very unprofessional to witness in front of my kids I hope the owner pulls all the employees aside to ask if they being treated the same way . I can see why now this restaurant doesn’t do well
