I just ordered and got “Marketfresh” sandwiches with ruined tomatoes and brown lettuce. I ordered on Door Dash and was told there is nothing they can do without bringing the sandwiches back. The management checked and said they didn’t have brown lettuce so the pics are for her to see since she wasn’t helpful in satisfying a customer. Poor excuses from a restaurant that charges $8 for a sandwich with one piece of lunchmeat and ruined produce. DO BETTER!!!

Went through the drive through and got a large roast beef sandwich combo with potato cakes to go. I believe the combo was around $9.99 before tax. My sandwich was unbelievably huge. It was hot, fresh and delicious. My potato cakes were a little greasy so I would recommend getting the curly fries instead. Overall it was pretty good for fast food and I will definitely be back.

We stopped for dinner after my daughter’s dentist appointment my husband’s Burger was completely raw they had forgotten a fry they forgot to make my peach lemonade there was literally five people trying to do the drive-thru job with two cars and drive-thru there was one other couple there besides us my kids chicken sliders was so hard they could not eat them it looked like they have been cooked for hours the girl at front tried to get ugly and was like oh I could say something but I’m not going to when my husband was asking for his raw Burger to be replaced then I informed them that there was no ketchup out front they said that they have been trying to get out there for a while to put it out but couldn’t and still didn’t even though we were halfway through the meal the girl that tried to catch an attitude went to the bathroom at least three times in the in 20 minutes that we was at our table to come out sniffling her nose, rubbing it It seemed like the workers that were there tonight on December 6th was extra energized and all trying to do the same job without doing any of their jobs, we stood at the counter for over 10 minutes trying to order then in the middle of ordering they was getting distracted doing other things we will never again eat there. I will also be calling the Health department to report that they were feeding prople raw meat he was halfway through it before he realized that it was completely raw then the girl at front tried to tell us that it was supposed to look like that like I’m not 35 and I’ve been cooking for over 20 years I know meat is not supposed to be bloody and raw. It was literally the worst experience that we’ve ever had at a restaurant waste of $40. I could take their chicken sliders and beat them on the table and they was like a rock.

The food I bought was so sub-standard we couldn’t even eat it! I did ask for a cheese free sandwich because i am allergic but that is not a reason to deliver me food like this. The guy taking the order was so completely rude, he cut me off while I was ordering & just barked questions at me. I am so completely disgusted by this meal & service.

I love Arby’s and this one is as good as any I had never gotten a dessert there before though and so I decided to try one cookie from the drive-through. I picked the chocolate chip caramel and when I pulled it out of the bag it was so hot it was obviously microwaved. But the sad thing is that it was microwaved way too long the cookie was too hot to eat and had been melted into a sticky puddle they should’ve sent a spoon with it. I waited for about 10 minutes for it to cool off it was still very hot and has it cold it got stiff and hard like over microwaved items too.
They might need a little bit more training most of the employees appear to be teenagers. It was a sad day for cookies

everytime i doordash from here they never put my sauces or my straw in the bag. even tho i make sure to put extra sauces i pay for extra and they never get put in the bag. hopefully ypu guys can start doing that. thank you.

I made happy hour five minutes before it was over and ordered sides and curly fries and the sandwiches were old hard to chew and cold and the fries were hard and cold. I was also charged for water which comes from a machine that probably does not get cleaned regularly. The sandwiches didn’t have enough sauce so I asked for ranch and they wanted to charge.
