I think it is one of the managers that usually waits on me. Super friendly and always in a great mood. Makes for a better experience. I have had no issue with the food quality or temperature when we have ate here.

Stopping by for a quick snack and bathroom break while visiting Louisville, KY. Used the 2 for $7 Greek Gyro wraps coupon which is my favorite sandwich at Arby’s!
Of course we had to order their curly fries to go with the Gyro! With Arby’s famous Horsey Sauce, we had such a great meal at an awesome price for the two of us!
Their service is exceptional especially for a fast food restaurant! The gentlemen who waited on us at the cashier really make this a great visit!
Definitely will return when we are able to!

Yuck…
This time around my slider had a long black hair right on top of the bun. Unmistakably not mine, I have blonde hair. The mozzarella sticks were dripping with oil, and not hot or fresh. I hate when this happens because Arby’s is one of the more pricey fast food places. Hate to pay 10$ for mozz sticks and slider for it to come out gross/stale & covered with hairs. I didn’t even bother going in to exchange as I was grossed out at this point.
lot of the time my experience at this Arby’s is Ok. Oftentimes I come and the chicken sliders have a chicken nugget on the slider as the meat, which is laughable.
Do better Arby’s!!!! 🙁

The deals and prices are high. The restaurant in general is good. Very polite and hot food. Tomatoes have seen better days but overall good.

Happy hour 2-5 every day. Mini sliders, small fries and mini shakes 1$ each, hot food and fresh too. Can’t beat this deal on happy hour, thanks Arby’s! Choc, jamocha, and not to mention the Andes mint x-mas special shake is amazing. Great service and fast too!

Excellent service again. The place is really clean. I’m into the buffalo chicken sliders now. The employees are fantastic. The general manager with the cross on his forearm talks to them like dogs.

Nice restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. They even have a 99 out of 100 for their health rating. I got the 5 meat MEGA stack and I tell you what, I feel like a grown man after that sandwich. Go get you some!

When the right staff are there; it’s a good place to eat at. Unfortunately that’s not the case all the time. But when it is, you can expect your food to be fresh and prepared right. As with most fast food places, there are just way too many employees that don’t care or take pride in their job/work.
