Stopped by Arby’s for a quick dinner and it was a solid experience. I ordered the roast beef sandwich combo, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The curly fries were seasoned just right, and my order was ready pretty fast.
The only thing I didn’t love was that the sandwich felt a little smaller than I remembered, but it still hit the spot. Overall, good food and I’d definitely swing by again when I’m craving something different from the usual burger place.

The sandwiches are prepared when ordered, they’re always on fresh and enjoyable. Nice menu selection of sandwiches and side items. The milkshakes are delicious along with apple and cherry turnovers. The counter personnel were friendly and very helpful

The workers in the drive thru was so nasty and rude. I asked a simple question and whoever it was sounded so irritated that I asked a question as if I was inconveniencing him on top of when I pulled up telling me to wait and I waited over 3 minutes! I just pulled off because why am I gonna sit here and spend my money somewhere where the employees don’t even have decent customer service

Ordered a #5 but didn’t receive a meal instead received just a burnt sandwich and the 2 cheddar cups I ordered but had no fries to dip in them. I explain that I wanted a combo and not just the sandwich but then got charged for a fry and drink. Cashier couldn’t have cared less about anyone. The customer behind me had to ask for his change back. Downright rude from the moment she walked in from break

Why, Arbys Why?? Why is your milkshake machine always “down”. GET IT FIXED PLEASE!! Your milkshakes are awesome but they’re rarely available. With the new management this place wont last long. I hate to see them close down one of the oldest Arby’s but it’s coming. Since New Management has taken over, I have received the wrong order twice and manager was rude both times.
