I was passing through and stop for some dinner when I had the pleasure to meet miss Annie. I watched this lady clean and scrub the floor tables chairs everything wow cleanest Arby’s, I think I’ve ever been in. you need more amazing people like her. She took the time to talk with me about life and our kiddos grand baby’s what an amazing lady she is. I will take that true kindness back home to Texas with me. Big thank you miss Annie.

Its a fast food joint in a truck stop. It was reasonably clean. The food was hot and delivered quickly, our only complaint was the cashier mumbled quietly while taking our order, I dont know that I understood anything he said

We stopped by their drive through to pick some quick lunch. We ordered the gyros and a salad along with their famous curly fries. The fries were good indeed, however the rest of the food was so bad. Is it because of the covid pandemic? Both the gyro wraps were too sub standard. The meat tasted rot. The salad chickens were soggy and not fresh. The salad greens were wilt. However, the working lady was nice and she handed over all the ordered perfectly with a few extra sachet of sauces.

This was so convenient. We used the restroom bought a french vanilla Starbucks drink from loves then walked a few feet for a roast beef sandwich. Yummy

Stopped at the drive through. Sat at the speaker for several minutes. Guy at the window motioned for us to pull up. He told us they were technically not able to take drive through orders but we were welcome to come inside and they would be happy to take our order. I was not able to go inside. This was very inconvenient. Why have a drive through if you are not going to take drive through orders. Also should have been a sign in the speaker if they were not going to take our order .

How does Arby’s run out of roast beef? They let us know…after we ordered and paid. Guess they don’t have the meats.

Good food fast. Depending on the crew, was greeted upon entering. Terrance, the operations manager, was kind and friendly. Afternoon crew on the counter real friendly and personable. Morning crew was strictly business.

Thoroughly disgusted today at West Point Ms. Arby’s . 9-11 @ 5:30 pm.
Ordered at counter for dine in. Got food to the table and began getting food out of bags.
(Yes, I said bags.) for dine-in.
An employee came and said we had the wrong order! Handled all food (as if it belonged to her) while switching from one bag to the other. Bare hands no gloves touching my food!!
Didn’t take back up to counter to correct their mistake. All this happened at my table as I watched. Said “this is yours” as she plopped the bag down in front of me. No apology!
Nothing! Just walked away.
The counter clerks are rude like they’re doing the customer a favor. Stay home if you don’t like dealing with the public.
I regret not taking food back and demanding a refund. It was Very slow with only 2 other people’s seated. If they weren’t so busy socializing loudly behind the counter maybe they wouldn’t have this problem! At the customers expense!
