I’m just going to throw out there that I am a traveling salesperson. I eat out everyday. I really like Arby’s so I eat at a lot of different Arby’s across south Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama.
This location is, hands down, the best I’ve been to. Restaurant was clean, bathroom was straight, the young lady at the counter was friendly and looked like she really enjoyed being there. Food came out hot.. not like warm hot, but “I had to give my potato cakes a minute to cool down before smashing” hot.
Let them know they did a great job on the way out and the fella in the back cooking was out for a second and he was just as nice.
This is my favorite Arby’s now.

Picked up a order after a very long day. The fish sandwich was extremely old. The bag was sealed but they decided to substitute the order. Npt only did they npt ask but they could have said something WHILE I was there!! They subbed and put jalapeno poppers in without asking. I tried to explain that my husband could not eat them due to stomach issues. He tried to stress to me that they’re not even spicy and I had to explain that it’s a medical reason! The fries were hard as a rock and could not even be chewed. I believable food was from that morning or either lunch rush. The night manager chose to say nothing when handing it to me! I’m posting this review almost a week later because i still have not gotten a refund. After a 45 minute drive home I find this out. I live way over a hour away and never get to go that direction hardly. The night shift manager was extremely rude. Yelled and said that I would have to bring my card in for a refund and then decided to hang up the phone!! I heard it! This is my 3rd trip in a row where they haveessed up our orders. I will never eat here again and will make sure to share my experience with others. We are not picky at all and will eat almost anything. So for it to be this bad and not be able to eat it after not eating all day says a lot!! This will be WAY over $100 that we have literally had to throw away in the past 2 months. I understand things happen, and that’s why we gave them one last chance. I used to work in these fast food places, So i’m extremely familiar. At this point I just want my money back, and I will never step foot in there again! The night shift manager should really be let go if that’s how he treats people. Hes in the wrong business!

I’ve only been here a handful of times (maybe) and each time I was greeted either at the speaker or inside almost immediately. The workers were friendly and the food was hot and very good. My favorite is the gyros and I’ve never had a bad one from here. And whoever the young gentleman is in the back making sandwiches, he deserves a promotion and raise!

This is the absolute worst place to eat in wiggins. The manager is extremely rude. My wife simply asked the cashier if he could put a different bread on her sandwich. He walked up asking what bread you want then and my wife said she didnt know that normaly they just put it on a diffrent piece of bread. He then got clearly upset and finally told her what breads they build there sandwiches on ” With and attitude”. Then we get our food and the Mac and cheese was absolute ice cold. The fries where ice cold and could probably brake concrete. Will never eat at this place again.

My food was pretty cold as if it just came straight out the freezer. My cheese wasn’t melted like at all. My fries were warm but not even close to hot. I’m pretty upset considering on how pretty cold my wrap is.

Not good tonight. My husband and I have gotten very good service and food here before, but tonight was awful. The meat on the gyro tasted off, I don’t know if it has changed or what. Not as good as it always was before. Lettuce was a wilted mess and was only one slimy leaf. We also could’ve sworn the jalepeno poppers were cheddar cheese and not cream cheese, but maybe that part was our mistake. However, the cheese sticks were old, overcooked and horrible. So overcooked in fact, we almost thought it was cheddar cheese inside because it was not even close to looking like white mozzarella, it was almost the same color as the breading, and no, the cheese hadn’t cooked out of it like cheesesticks sometimes do, it was just that color, awful. Unfortunate experience tonight. We spent 35$ for overcooked and not fresh tasting food, and there weren’t even any other customers in the store. No excuse for not being fresh. We got this order to go, and because everything looked ok on the outside, we had no idea it would taste like regret until we got home. Not sure if we will come back. Pictures of what should’ve been white mozzarella cheese in the cheese sticks. All but one of them was that way.

Waited 13 minutes at the drive thru before they ever asked to take my order. Got the first order. It was wrong. Got the second order? It was also wrong. No wonder this place got bad reviews. Food tasted good though.

I initially had the worst experience possible. It was because of employee Jalicia Funchess. She is the absolute worst ever. The worst attitude I have ever seen. But – it was FAR MORE than offset by Ariona Montgomery who is the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER!!! I plan to make a thirty minute drive just to interact with her. She is an incredible asset to your business!

I was very excited by the service early on. My last 3 visits have gone from bad to worse. One visit I ordered the Hawian Deluxe Fish meal which is the most expensive and got the lowest meal deal. Next I went drive thru and was ditto drive around and park in front like I was at McDonald’s and waited 15 minutes to get my food. Today I went inside and my hamburger was slopped with fake cheese and items sliding off the sandwich, my granddaughter fist get her fries, another customer had their order duplicated and was a drama. Worst of all as we were leaving a huge cockroach was heading out of the kitchen to the dining area. They clearly don’t have enough staff. Three strikes you’re out.
