The cashier was very pleasant, the food was hot ( not spicy) and delicious. Store was clean . It was difficult to locate. It’s located in a receded parking area. Im sure a local can find it, but being that I was traveling it was hard to find

Always had good food here, but if you’re going to stop running a special, then take the special off of the marquee. It’s misleading to have a sign out front that says “2 For $6.99 BNC” and then when you pull up to the window, they say they aren’t doing that deal anymore. They need to find a way to compete with the Wendy’s next door which sells several 5 and 6-dollar biggie bags.

For some reason, I don’t go to Arby’s very often. Tonight I was near by and decided to go for a Ruben. When I pulled up I noticed they had deep fried turkey. So I opted for the deep fried turkey club. It was very very good. The baguette bun was soft and tasty. The Turkey and bacon plentiful and fresh. I took the lettuce off. I could only eat half of the sandwich. I shared a small order of steak bites with my pup. Looked like half dozen or so chunks of steak. It was tender and cooked medium rare. Tasted awesome. I could make a meal on steak bites alone, when I’m hungry for steak. Good choice.

Food was decent—classic Arby’s roast beef, curly fries were hot and fresh, no complaints there. But man, the service experience dragged this down hard.
There were literally TWO people dining in (including me) and one car in the drive-thru, yet it took just shy of 20 minutes to get a simple combo meal. I watched the clock. The staff weren’t rude, just completely checked out—moving in slow motion, no sense of urgency at all, barely acknowledging customers. Felt like I was interrupting their day by ordering food.
Arby’s isn’t fine dining, but 20 minutes for fast food when the place is empty is ridiculous. I like the food enough to come back, but only if I’m in no hurry whatsoever. Management needs to light a fire under this crew or something.

You know out of the chains I’ve visited Arbys is probably the best. They’ve got the wider selection of food, with the best taste. McDonald’s has nothing on them. I’ll admit I go to McDonald’s more just cause they are closer. Don’t understand why I never seen a lot of cars there.

Well I had the Wagyu burger twice today… The first time and the last time. It looks great on TV and on paper, but it was totally unremarkable. The secret sauce doesn’t compare to anything I’ve had before. The meat was fully cooked but had no flavor at all. I liked Burger King’s Impossible Whopper better and I hated that! This will not age well at all. This burger is overpriced and the advertisements are overblown. I will not have another one. Arby’s should stick to roast beef and leave the burgers to the experts.
We HAVE the MEATS!

I was craving a classic roast beef sandwich, actually 2 CRB sandwiches. I knew Arbys didn’t close till 11, so after a quick run to Walmart which my receipt stated I checked out at 10:21pm I headed over to Arbys (0.9 miles away/ 3 minute drive) and the lights were on in the dining room and kitchen, they appear to be open but after sitting at the speaker for about 3-4 minutes without a greeting (I called the store while sitting there 3 times and no one answered) I drove to the window. All the lights had been turned off and although 3 vehicles in parking lot (assuming employees ) there was not an employee in sight. While I took pictures, another customer pulled up and waited at the speaker. He was very agitated as well that the store was closed. If your sign says open until 11, you should be. AND ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! Missed many opportunities to make money because every fast food place open had a line wrapped around the building. Bad business Arbys!

Terrible. Got home and saw the Six piece buffalo chicken meal that was over 8$ was just pieces from the bottom if the bag. Quarter sized. Called and reported most pieces were no bigger than a quarter and was told “That’s how we get them so that’s how we give them,” . No attempt to offer any help ir return etc. I said I would show this on their reviews, “Oh well” she said. I’ll never go to this Arby’s again
