I got off of work after a long day decided to go to Arby’s and didn’t know what I want the nighttime manager. I believe she goes by the nickname, KT Very sweet person let me take my time. Ask me anything else I would need to make sure my order was right and hot and fresh 10 out of 10 experience.

I know its not totally the employees fault but y’all need to get whatever is broken fixed. Running out of roast beef at a restaurant known mostly for their roast beef cause of an oven not working correctly is kinda crazy. Only 2 girls working we are the only ones in the drive thru and no one is in the lobby. 1 male working walking around like he has no clue what to do. Our wait was at Least 15min minutes for 2 boxes of food.

We used to love coming here. They had great deals on sliders and would mail out coupons, but paying 6 dollars for a stone cold sandwich that’s been sloppily thrown together and then having to wait 20 minutes for it is just not worth it anymore. We will not be coming again.

I was able to get my order on time for me to get to work, and they were very courteous and nice, my food was really good

waited over 30 minutes after being pulled up to wait on my food( two sandwich meals) after being given drinks that were all carbonation and tasted horrible. The three cars behind us had already received their food and drove past us to leave. After finally getting our food we had the wrong type of fries for what we had ordered

Just got through bragging that Arby’s was as good as Chick-fill-a when it came to quality and service. Only to be disappointed.
They told us to pull up to wait on fresh fries, which we did. Waited 15 mins (not sure if they forgot about us) only for them to bring us our order with fries that were not fresh or very warm, no napkins, ketchup or Arby’s sauce as we requested.

Expecting a crisp, flavorful filet of fish on the sandwich. What I got was an undercooked, soggy, dead minnow tasting mess. My cat turned it down. What a waste of my $6.00.
