And then today (Dec 1 2025) happened. The general manager (might be named Chris) needs to either take a day off to get his head straight, quit, or be fired. He was pretty rude to the elderly gentleman in front of me in line. In fact, he was rude to every customer I saw him interact with.
When this manager “helped” us, most of his responses were grunts. He took our order, but did not give us cups. I had to ask for those. When I thanked him, I couldn’t understand his response. Not once before, during, or after ordering or after receiving cups did he mention that ALL sodas were out of order. No explanation was offered. The only drinks available (inside or drive thru) were tea and sweet tea. When asked by another customer for soda from behind the counter, I couldn’t understand the manager’s response, but the customer wasn’t happy.
Not only were the drinks out, but so was the ketchup and a few other condiments. The floor is always sticky and there’s always a few tables that need wiped down.
The food was good, yet sloppy, which is par for the course at Arby’s. There was little cheese on my roast beef, and I could wink at that, except for the manager’s attitude. Bad attitudes overrule “good” food.
During the middle (12:30) of what I assume would be their lunch rush (if they had one, but most people have figured out what I haven’t), this manager walks outside, lights a cigarette, hops in a car, and finishes his smoke. I overheard a coworker asking others where this manager went, but none knew, so I told him. When the manager returned, I heard this worker tell his this manager, “Dude, we can’t be doin’ that!” And the manager laughed it off. I doubt it matter, as there weren’t many customers inside or out.
I’m sure there’s something I’m forgetting, but I’m sure this review is cathartic only so I’ll stop writing. I doubt anything will happen. Comped meals wouldn’t get me to return to this location. New management and improved attitudes might.
Sincerely Ralph Craven
I got the French dip, cheese sticks & a strawberry lemonade. I was the only person there & there were only 2 employees working (one working the drive thru & one cook). I had to wait to be noticed & when I finally got to give my order I was interrupted multiple times so the drive thru orders could be taken. I found it very rude to be ignored when standing right in front of the employee… like I wasn’t as important as those in the drive thru. Also, they seemed to be out of several things. I wanted the peach lemonade, but they were out. Also, I had to go back to get my dipping sauce for my cheese sticks & they were out of marinara & had to get ranch instead. While I was eating inside, another potential customer came in & asked for something & they were out of that too.
