What a great experience from ordering to receiving my food. I asked for Arby’s sauce. He gave me packets when he could have said it’s on the counter right there. I hadn’t seen it. They were very kind. Food was great.

If there was a way to give a ZERO would. We were in an RV and could not get to the drive thru window. The guy (will not call him a gentleman) refused service at the window because I wasn’t in my vehicle. WE COULDNT DRIVE UP TO THE WINDOW BECAUSE OF THE AWNING. Wouldn’t give the contact info of manager or corporate supervisor. The lobby was closed and we COULDN’T dine in. Never eating at an Arby’s again.
