Ordered the beef and cheddar with no cheese cause , the wife, is allergic to the kind they use there.went through drive through and noticed buy one, get one special on app online.so mentioned it to employee and she said I have to buy something in order to use that promotion now.so, I said ok , give me a coke zero to drink.she asked for code on my phone twice, finally, I said ,when she asked 3rd time ,I will just pull around and show it to you.then she had to get other worker to ring me up. Won’t be back to this location

Only 3 customers in seating area yet only 2 tables remotely clean. Tables were nasty. Also beef and cheddar was haphazardly made into something that never looked like a sandwich. Also fries are at bottom of the bin. All small pieces. No curls

EDIT: Went there again today, several years later, and was not only disappointed but highly concerned got public safety.
My partner and I stopped at around 4:30 and ordered a burger with only lettuce and a buffalo chicken sandwich. The person at the drive thru originally apologized and said they were out of lettuce, which I was totally fine with, and then a few moments later said “Oh, actually….nevermind, I’m sorry, we do have lettuce”. Apparently, that really meant ‘we have bad lettuce we weren’t going to use but someone decided to anyway’, because my partner thought the sandwich had a pickle taste and assumed someone put pickles on and removed them. She took the bun off halfway through eating and found a slimy black piece of lettuce. She has a weak immune system and is disabled because of her digestive tract, so something like food poisoning could be extremely dangerous to her, let alone whoever else they decided to serve that to. Keeping my previous review as well, because it was excellent service a few years ago.

Mackenzie was working the counter when we went in (what her name tag says) and gave some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at fast food. I went with my fiance and her grandmother, both very picky eaters, and she had SO many awesome suggestions for things they could eat (along with memorized prices after tax). As soon as we were taken care of, she started bustling around helping the other employees. I don’t usually write fast food reviews, but her service was phenomenal!

I got the roast beef slider and mozzarella sticks. It was all pretty good. Had the strawberry lemonade too.

Unfortunately this location didn’t have enough staff, at least that’s my guess for the terrible service. Took 20 minutes to even get acknowledged that I was at the counter for service. Then my order was wrong.

After hearing all they hype, I decided to try the Waygu burger. Presentation was disappointing. After opening the wrapping, my burger needed a little reassembly. While the beef itself was tasty, that was the only redeeming quality. I got the bacon ranch version. The bacon was hard and crunchy with no flavor. The ranch, like the rest of the burger was way too heavy on one side. The deluxe may have been better, but after this disappointment, I’ll stick with the classics next time.
Give this burger a shot if you want, but don’t let your expectations rely on the hype.

After 3 years I thought I’d give them another shot turns out I was sadly mistaken it would have been better off going to McDonald’s or any other place I ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich the sandwich I received had roast beef that was sliced thicker than a bologna slice mildly frustrating went back up to the register the purchase yes that’s right by another sandwich again a half pound roast beef sandwich requested that it be thinly sliced or shaved to which the lady responded we’ve never done that here which is not true and so she proceeded to tell me that she would go ahead and do that well what I received was the same super thick bologna sliced roast beef ripped up into smaller pieces the best way to describe it would have been a chipped roast beef sandwich which is not appealing at all to me
