27 June 2022. I ordered 2 chicken burgers with fries. The chicken inside the burger was not even hot and was hard like stone. Clearly from the pictures it is visible that chicken is not fresh and is not good to eat . Worst experience at arby’s. They deserve zero star. Worst customer service and now I have to garbage my 10 dollars worth of food and again spent money somewhere else to buy something else. Zero star for arby’s.

I just ordered a large curly fry with a side of cheese, totally looking forward to this…until I open my bag and find a container that is only half full even though I paid full price….a very expensive full price compared to other fast food fries! The side of cheese is only half full as well. This is not the first time this has happened either, so this time, I decided to post it for all to see! The owner needs to get control of this because if people are going to pay these prices, they should be getting a higher class of fast food! That’s what we expect from Arby’s and that is definitely what we all pay for! Get it together guys!!!

Asked for no cheese no onions at drive through just now got cheese on both sandwiches and onions and I’m allergic to both!! Would turn around but not worth it! And given chicken tenders instead of fresh chicken slices

Went here to get a quick bite. Took awhile to take our order, not that big of a deal. But then they had no ice. Had to go next door for that. Filled up our drinks and later discovered the coke and root beer were FLAT. Then, we got curly fries instead of the regular fries we asked for. Foolish us, we didn’t check to make sure we got the BBQ sauce we asked for. It was NOT in the bag. Got back home and the meat in the sandwich was dry like it was last night’s leftovers even though we were there just before dinner time. Arby’s needs to get a new owner for this store. Worst one I have ever eaten at.

Don’t let the construction dissuade you. This Arby’s is kicking it! I was greeted when i entered and my order was taken promptly and Mia kept me apprised of my potato cake’s progress. I was out the door quickly as she wished me “safe travels “. Stellar performance!
