The value vs cost just isn’t there. The first two are the chicken strips (if that’s what you call a strip). They were literally 2-3 bites max. At roughly $10 for a 5 piece it’s just not worth it. The third item in the picture is a cheese stick (about the same size as a chicken strips). Their cheese are always good but the chicken strips….geez!!!!

Got 9 piece steak nuggets at drive thru Sunday evening, Oct 19. They were awful. Cold in the middle. Tasted like pot roast that had been heated too many times. Greasy. The BBQ sauce dipping sauce couldn’t mask the taste

I was so looking forward to the Gobbler Sandwich, when I got home & opened it up, it looked awful. All of the turkey was in a pile in the middle of the long bun, the stuffing was in a glob under the turkey. I spread the turkey out along the bun, was unable to spread the stuffing because the bottom bun was coming apart. A small portion or the turkey & stuffing was alittle warm, the rest was cold, there was barely any cranberry sauce. Would have been great if it had have been like was described & how it looked on the picture

Hope they get better. Love Arby’s. Worst one I’ve ever been too, but they are new and short handed. That aside, you don’t make sandwiches for every order on the board and let them get cold while people wait around for a half hour. They politely refunded me after waiting for 20 minutes and deciding I didn’t want to watch them making sandwiches on dirty tables while 25 people sat in the drive through and in the store waiting on food.

Guy at endow was rude..messed up my drink..I asked him to fix it..I ordered a hamachi shake, it was Snow White, he said “ well it was set to the Jamocha setting..went back in and I’m pretty sure said “this Karen complained o bout her shake” came back out several minutes later with a shake that looked like chocolate sauce at the bottom again with vanilla on top.. Boty will be going in the trash..and sad that employees think being rude for zero reason is okay.

Went recently and tried the new mac and cheese and there was a bug cooked into my food! Spent $27.00+ on my food called the manager immediately and returned the food. Was supposed to get a refund on my debit card that never happened! For two weeks have been getting the run around about my refund!!! Gave them the order back yet still haven’t gotten my $27.00+ back all I keep getting is apologies and empty promises for a refund!!! NEVER EAT HERE THEY HAVE BUGS IN THE FOOD AND REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY GOT THE ORDER BACK WITH A BUG IN IT!!! Apparently they don’t value their customers!!

For some reason I grew up thinking Arby’s was the worst fast food around without actually trying it. I started going to this Arby’s pretty often because of their app coupons. Their prices are decent but I only go when I have a coupon. The food is good, and I enjoy the menu they offer. I’ve only once ever maybe had some old fries like once. 9/10 times the food is what I expect it to be and it always comes out fast. 100% of the time no matter the day of the week every single staff member is incredibly sweet and considerate. Many fast food places are starting to fill with stuck up rude managers which I’m assuming is because of working conditions. This Arby’s has never made me feel like I’m not a valued customer!! Best fast food place around for its value and I only feel so because of their warm and friendly atmosphere. The building is also pretty clean. I definitely recommend using the app, and I recommend this Arby’s in particular.

It was your typical fast food experience. Have to check your bag cause it seems like everywhere you go they mess it up and off course they did mess up order but iam almost use to it and idt we should be just use to it.

They were great to me tonight! I ordered, got to the window to pay and realized I forgot my wallet. Had them cancel my order. Called my husband, he said reorder and tell them to hold it and he would come pay. Back through the line I go. Finally got the credit card to pay for our food. They were so kind, both the manager and the employee at the window!!
