Went through drive through. Ordered Double beef and Frenchdip. At home opened bag. Frenchdip was flat like a pita bread. Roast beef meat was tough, like chewing on a ball of rubber bands. No pride just thrown together. Better to just stay home and make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich

I get the drive through is under some type of time limit but rushing me is not good service. Some people may not visit this place often so they need just a couple seconds. I felt so rushed that I only ordered one thing because it made me feel like my order was going to be poorly prepared.

I just want to say, we went on 02/01 and dealt with Ms.Quinneviya and she literally made the experience! I love to play and some people get annoyed as if you are a burden for even being there. She was friendly, joked and laughed and that is what is missing in customer service these days! Food was hot & fresh!! However, SHE is the reason we would be back! Its hard enough trying to find good & happy help, but Arbys has found that in her! Great job Quinneviya!!! You are a one of a kind!! -Johnson Family

The service was pretty decent. The cashier was pleasant and friendly. The food was edible but seemed to have been left out for a while. The meat was dry. The Coke machine needs some attention. It was dirty and the CO2 and syrup were definitely not mixed correctly. Way more syrup than CO2.

Staff was super friendly and inviting. Lots of hype on the new Angus Cheese Steak. Can’t say it look anything like the advertised product but it was tasty. Almost too much cheese and needed more Angus Beef. Quite a messy bite foe sure but might try it again. Arbys always has tasty frys. Menu has grown over the years and worth a visit.

Not a very good experience at this Arby’s. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch meal with their new crinkle fries and a Brisket sandwich meal with curly fries. It took forever and the women working the window seemed put out by me ordering food there. Got the food and drove off THEN stuck my hand in the bag for some fries on my way home. I grabbed hard, cold curly fries. Grabbed some of the crinkle fries and not as cold and hard as the curly ones but still…cold and hard. I turned around and pulled up to the window and politely asked for fresh, hot fries. With a slight attitude she said ok and got the fries. It was only 1 order and I had to knock on the window and ask for the 2nd order. They were great fries of course because they were fresh. I get home and my sandwich is really a sad sight. No bacon on my Turkey BACON Ranch sandwich and barely anything else. And the edges of the bread was too hard to eat. I ate what I could and was glad I had at least had good fries. I don’t recommend this Arby’s unless you are desperate. Sad to say.

Owner: reach out to me the managers at the restaurant letting a company build a case inside against a customer who comes there to sit at times.. They are using Arby’s employees to file a false accusations against the customer… I have the store manager telling the customer she can’t come back into the restaurant because the night manager ask the customer to leave and they wouldn’t leave. Also have him on video telling the customer something totally different. This is the biggest plot in Memphis the company using restaurant to slandering the person..

For starters, I rarely do fast food because of the poor service in the quality of food. I happen to be in a tight spot and had a gift card for Arby’s at this location. I decided to go in and get some dinner after probably one of the worst evenings of my life I wasn’t rude or impatient.
And as a person who has worked in the service industry, I understand, rude and impatient people can make the situation a lot worse the older gentleman seem to be running the entire damn restaurant by himself while someone else was outside yelling into their phone over some man that apparently is with her and another woman Either way this older gentleman was courteous and prompt. It was barn on the best service I’ve ever gotten in any fast food restaurant this place deserves to have good service good customers because of this gentleman he was probably the manager either way. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a fast food establishment.
