I ordered 2 sandwiches and a med fry. I have had fries for 6 months. The girl who took my order said everything is fresh. I haven’t gotten into the house to check the food yet. I phoned about the cold fries. The night manager was quick to offer to replace the food “any time in the next 2 weeks, just tell them you spoke to Brandon the night manager and they will replace my meal.” It was clear he didn’t want to hear anything I had to say, he cut me off twice to repeat his offer to replace the food any time. Any time. Day or night. When I made a comment about the girls cutting me off to say everything is fresh. He quickly took back his offer and told me to not come back.

Every time I go it takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive through. This time I had asked for horsey sauce and didn’t get it. They never give napkins unless you ask. Undersized regular roast beef with 3 wrappers to make it look bigger

Some days i go after work and the service is great and so is the food, thats usually on weekends when they have more traffic, they’re never super busy. During the weekdays half the time when i’ve gone like two hours before close they will have an attitude and an excuse to why they can’t make food, like yall have two more hours i get it if it was 15 minutes but come on.

The past 3 times in 2 weeks I have tried to go through the drive through and every time the have an excuse why they can’t prepare food. Today was the last time I will ever try to go there. The guys came out high on something with his glossy eyes and pinpoint pupils and said we can’t prepare any food at this time and you don’t even want to know why. Server was rude and siged repeatedly while I was ordering like my order at 1pm was a huge inconvenience for him. Waited and waited in line behind another vehicle ended up leaving after over 10 minutes and drove to the other Arby’s 10 minutes away. Server was very friendly there.

It must have only been one person on duty, I waited for 10 minutes for him to answer the drive up and then another five while I made a shake. I previously went back, ordered a shake. They charged my card then told me they didn’t have any shakes. And had to find a manager to refund my money. What a joke!

My friend ordered several of us roast beef sandwiches tonight. When she got back with them the meat was grinded up like dog food and placed on the bun like they were too lazy to do it correctly. Tried to call and speak to manager but of course no answer. Wouldn’t recommend eating at this one. We deff won’t be.

Service was pretty bad, the lady at the front counter was confused about everything and could not get anything together. There was only 2 of us in line and she was really overwhelmed. It was absolutely freezing on the inside months point I could not sit there and enjoy my food.
