Just ordered food from here at the drive-thru. Got home and they gave me the wrong order. I tried to call them but it says their phone number isn’t working. The food I was given didn’t taste good and was cold.

Love Arby’s new menu. They are trying healthy menu and so far so good. I had jalopeno bacon ranch chicken wrap and corn beef Ruben. They were tasty. I would suggest to wrap chicken better though. They were all concentrated in the middle and the last few bites were nothing but wrap and runny sauce.

Ordered a combo meal. I accidentally dropped the sandwich while trying to add sauce. The young girl behind the counter could care less and charged me $6 for another sandwich. I paid it because it was my mistake but those who care about customer service would have been more sympathetic and offered a replacement. No sympathy here!

AWFUL. If I could post less than one star, I would. Drove through (one of two cars, so they were not busy by any regard) to try and get a French dip and swiss combo, and got a bag of lukewarm garbage. I’ve gotten this same sandwich at plenty of other Arby’s, so I’ve got a pretty good idea of what to expect. The fries were hardly half filled and cold and soggy. Ok it’s a little past the dinner rush, that can be looked past. Then I notice that the au jus is missing… Again less than satisfying but hey mistakes happen, I was thinking I suppose it’s still no big deal. Then after eating the fries while they still had some warmth, I opened the sandwich and almost gagged. Clearly had been sitting around for quite a while because the cheese had melted and patrially recongealled, leaving an oily rubbery disappointment behind. Normally this should be a melty white cheese so I was put off to say the least… I took one bite just to humor them but it was disgusting. The meat was cold, the cheese an oily rubbery mess, and the bread was cold and mushy as it had soaked in the oil from the cheese. Absolutely disgusting, and just disappointing in every aspect.
