The person who took our order in the drive thru was nice until we let her know she gave us the wrong drink. Two of the food items were fine, but one of the sliders was cold.

I ordered a meal and two sliders, they gave me the entree and sliders but not fries, I drove back and asked if they could remake it and they remade all the food and didnt give me the fries again? I genuinely cant believe it and will not be coming back again. This was done by who I was told was a manager.

I ordered from here today 5/07/22. The staff seems to have an attitude problem. I ordered the brisket flatbread which I had had a couple weeks previous to this and thought it was pretty good. However when I got home opened it up it was drowned in sauce. Like pouring out the sides. So much sauce that I feel this was intentional. Also, it did not taste good. I opened it and noticed the meet was almost all fat. I feel like the extra extra extra sauce was intentional and the fat strips was hand picked intentionally. Was disgusting and now I have a bad taste in my mouth and I’m currently getting sick to my stomach. The pics attached are after dumping a bunch of sauce out of it.

Service was great except they didn’t give us the most expensive entree. Notice when we returned home and the number on receipt doesn’t get answered. So couldn’t call to advise. Also ordered the big roast beef and buns are so small now more than half is just pushed into box to fit it. Ugh. Rest was good so gave 4 stars but needs some improvements.

Very clean, the staff was nice, and my complaint is the chicken tenders are a joke for what you pay. I attached a picture next to a curly fry. I’m sorry but Chicken Fries from Burger King are bigger. I expect better from Arby’s.

Great stop at this Arby’s! The restaurant was nice, visually appealing and clean. There was no wait to order. We placed our order at the register and had our food in minutes. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable of the menu. I would overall recommend this Arby’s for the fresh food and timely service.

I went to Arby’s today for a Gyro. I had one the other and it was so hot and the only thing I would have changed was the amount of meat. So I went back to today I decided to get the Gyro with extra meat which was $2.00. That would have been fine had I been able to see the difference.
If there is on thing I don’t like about arby’s it would be the purple onions. You can see on my receipt I asked for no onions. Once they are on your sandwich you just need a new sandwich. I will end this with my fries were cold and I’m sad I went today.

This is how my wrap came. Everything in the middle not spread out like usually. Shell was hard. Employee seemed like he wanted to get home rather then pay attention to what I was ordering cause I also wanted my meals large and one was rang up as medium. Tried to call the store no one would answer.
