Convenient location.. decideed to go inside & eat. A clean restaurant. Greeted upon entering. A polite lady took my order. Curly fries, beef & cheddar sandwich, & a Dr pepper to drink. Very tasty. I will definitely be returning. Thank you

I went to this location for lunch with my wife. We go to this location often bc to me it’s the best one and the closest. Lucky me! This is a great location bc the food is always hot, fresh, and correct. The restaurant was very clean and stocked (except for the little sauce cups) not a big deal it was right after a lunch rush and I understand. The staff here are always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this location.

Terrible service, and uncooked meat, my fiancé bit into his Buffalo chicken sandwich and this was what he bit into, took it back to the counter and the lady looked at him and said what do you want me to do ? He said well I’d like a sandwich or my money back. Cut it open it was pink like that all the way through got him another sandwich and same thing again, at that point he just threw it away and we walked out. Will not be back again.

Horrible Drive thru .. my order was wrong .. then the African America young man acted all disrespectful cause I addressed the order being wrong .. never will I eat at Arby’s again .. this is 2025 .. not the 1950’s .. grow up Arby’s .. We frequently drive thru this Arby’s. The young man working the drive thru is so kind. We have had to pull up and wait for 4 fish sandwiches 2 days in a row. But the fish sandwiches were great. I don’t understand the wait but the young man always tells me to have a blessed day and I love that!

I love Arby’s, but there are certain locations that do not hold the standard as some of the other locations! The Halls, TN Arby’s is not good at all & I have given it a few tries thinking maybe it was an off day!! Nope it’s cold fries EVERY TIME!! My order is never correct so I will not be going to this Arby’s location anymore!
