I’ve worked in customer service for over 9 years and enjoy the occasional fast food pickup. I went to this Arby’s 11/7/2025 and had an amazing experience! I went though the drive thru and the worker who took my order and payment was amazing! I wish I would have gotten her name! She was so incredibly kind and quick! 10/10 believe people need to look to her for service!

The food is good but a little more than I like to pay for sandwiches. Mozzarella sticks was a little extra crunchy and my daughter wouldn’t eat them but over all the food is good and hot when served.

They missed an item from my order. I didn’t realize until I got home and was ready to eat. I called them and let them know and I would be back in 5 minutes, because they forgot my mozzarella sticks. Anyways. They made it right and even offered to remake my order (i declined because my food was still warm. I appreciate the gesture, though). They were professional about it and I appreciate it. I believe the Manager’s name is either Nedal or Nadier. Nice gentleman

Decent experience for the second time. Sodas seem to contain primarily ice, however you can get refills. The latest time we went there (Nov. 2017) the fries were a little lacking. They were rather bland and didn’t have the usual flavor they do. Other than that, was a good stop. Food came in a timely manner.

Driving home from Nashville, my husband said he was in the mood for Arby’s for lunch. We rarely do fast food when we are on a road trip, so I thought, “why not”. I got the double beef ‘n cheddar meal with potato cakes and my husband got the double classic with mozzarella sticks. For just a little over $25 total, these were huge and delicious meals. I had forgotten how good Arby’s is!!
