I always do online orders because its the only way to get the best deals! Buy one get one free sandwiches in the app. Order was ready quickly and delicious.

I had to stop by a few days in a row going to my new job.
They give you the least food and charge your the highest price they can.
I got either a Ruben or a double beef and cheddar or a normal beef and cheddar.
-The Rubens only had a tiny sphere of meat in the center where it was cut to make it look like it had something in it when the rest of it was just bread. It wasn’t worth its price.
-The Double beef and cheddar had the exact same amount of meat on it as the normal one, which was about three pieces.
The man at the window did not even use my coupon when I gave it, but he seemed like he was having a bad day so I let it go.
But the next four days was the same, so bad review they get.
I used to think Arby’s was a treat, a nice restaurant. But this one is low quality as of this last two weeks.
Please teach the workers the standards for portioning. Thank you.

The next time I ask “is everything in the bag” before you seal it up since it’s a mobile order, I expect it to be all in there. Got home and my wife’s curly fries in fact were missing. Paid for it, but not there and too tired to return and get them. Hopefully next time you can read the whole order.

I had been seeing the steak bites advertised on TV and they look so good. I made the mistake of ordering them tonight. They were not even steak! They were overly seasoned, burnt tasting, stew meat! In my opinion they were disgusting. I realize it was a long shot to think it was even possible get “steak” from a fast food restaurant, however, don’t feed me overcooked beef stew and call it steak!

Service and atmosphere were okay. Food was a big disappointment! We ordered the steak nugget sandwiches. The sandwiches were barely warm and the meat was dried out. Fries were OK. The coke zero didn’t taste right. We won’t be going back.

I usually treat myself to Arbys at this location, usually, once a week. The last week I order from there, my order was wrong. I had to wait 15 mins in the drive thu after ordering, through their mobile app, in advance. Today I ordered once more. I ordered for in store pickup because I didnt want to wait in the drive thru for an extended period of time again. When I went inside, I saw complete impressionalism. I saw a manager acting unprofessionally by physically touching and rubbing onto a female employee. Also, once I had received my order; it was incorrect.

DO NOT order a Beef n’Cheddar on a sesame seed bun!! DO NOT confuse them in any way with an extra like a cup of cheddar to go with your fries!! Order in simple English EXACTLY like it is on the menu and you might – might – get a correct order where the sandwich isn’t half thrown off the bun and partially wrapped, the crinkle fries a half serving, and your cups of cheddar missing.

The burger was cold and I really don’t appreciate having mixed fries do to the employees being lazy and not cooking extra curly fries instead putting wrinkle fries on the bottom and currley on top worst fast food restaurants atleast McDonald’s don’t do the customer like that
