I stopped by this Arby’s location around 7pm on January 3rd, I’ve been very sick with a bad sinus infection which made it even worse. I stood at the counter for a full 15 minutes without a single employee acknowledging my presence—not even a glance, a wave, or a simple “We’ll be right with you.” No one said a word to me the entire time. I understand the challenges of being short-staffed (I work in retail myself and deal with it daily), but the complete lack of basic acknowledgment is unacceptable.
A quick “Sorry, sir, we’re a bit short-staffed tonight—we’ll be with you as soon as possible” would have made all the difference. Instead, the total silence left me feeling invisible and increasingly furious, to the point that I walked out without ordering.
Customer service is the bare minimum in fast food, and this experience fell far short. The shift leader or manager in charge that evening needs better training on how to handle busy (or understaffed) moments and ensure customers aren’t ignored. I’ve always enjoyed Arby’s food in the past, but poor management like this makes me unwilling to return to this particular location.
Very disappointing. I won’t be back here.

Stopped on the way to work on 1/14/26 and ordered one of their new $7.99 boxes. At the window they took my payment and immediately told me to pull forward. I pulled up and waited over 10 minutes. A man came out with some food and said “we are still cooking your peach cobbler roll but I thought I would bring this out”. I had not been given any food I purchased at this point so I asked for a refund, he said this into his headset. A woman came out and said “they won’t let us give refunds, they want us to make it right”. I told her they should tell people before they pay it will be such a long wait in case someone doesn’t have time. I again asked for a refund and she refused. She wrote my name down for a free future meal and I left without part of my order (I had to get to work and could not continue waiting) or my money.
Ridiculously awful service.

Worst experience ever! Mine, my husband, and sons food was cold but mine was the worst. I ordered 2 ranch chicken wraps. I understand lettuce and ranch are cold. Both wraps felt like they were got from the freezer. The chicken was hard, cold, and blackened in some areas. The cheese was not melted at all. My husband took it to be warmed up and they argued that they were supposed to be cold. I’ve had them several times and the chicken was hot, cheese melted. They actually refused to fix it. Then we couldn’t get drinks because 3 employees. 2 women and 1 man were messing with the drunk area. My son’s meal was cold and my husband’s meal was a mess. For the price it damn sure wasn’t worth $35

Service was fast, food was good.
The credit card machine was not working today, but our chicken bacon Swiss & gyro tasted extra delicious today.
If you are similar to me and rate businesses based on the soda quality then you might want to know that the soda is good here (unlike the local hardies or panda)
Mike (the cashier) was really kind and in good spirits.

This is not the best arbys in the area. They mess up the food, and apparently the commercial says we have the meats, which isnt the case because I was told they were out of roast beef at 8pm but they are open until 12 am.

Great service! Especially from the manager Jonae at the church hill location she was so sweet and was working so hard. I’ll definitely be back

Slowest “fast food” restaurant in Kingsport….I still go, but I’m always aware I will be waiting for 10 to 20 minutes no matter what I’m going for or what time of day!!

I usually have a great experience at this location, but this last time my food was not very good quality. The main thing I was unhappy about was that my meat was burnt, and the bun as well. I understand that it takes more time to re make something vs. send it out the window, but I would have gladly waited for new roast beef instead of the burnt one that I got.

I waited 10 minutes behind one person in line inside the store and they never got to me to take my order! There was a lady waiting on her food that whole time and she never got her food by the time I got tired of waiting and left! The people looked busy but they seem to be more concerned about the drive-through then the people in the restaurant! They have way to do business I went to McDonald’s got served immediately! I don’t care how good you claim your food is if you can’t get that food to the customer then it’s all bad!
