So this is the photo of Arby’s Ham & Swiss on their menu, but the reality is the second photo. 2 slices of ham and flat as a pancake. Cost $4.69. Way too expensive for what little you actually get. Highly disappointed as this is obviously false advertising. Shame on the restaurant that’s supposed to “HAVE THE MEATS”. Don’t bother with the Ham & Swiss.

They were out of chicken!!! Something to do with the manufacturer. It sounds like corporate needs to organize and get busy. It wasn’t just at this location. I love the updated lobby. Employees were nice.

Friendly customer service in place was clean. Food prices are higher than most fast food places. I got the brisket sandwich without the onions, it comes with mayonnaise and smoked provolone. I thought it came with cheddar. It was OK at best. Definitely not what I expected out of it. Don’t think I’ll get it again. Spend $16 for a meal along with side of mozzarella sticks. Think I’ll go up the road next time and get more of a value for my money

I had a small complaint about the fries not being fresh. The manager contacted me and corrected the issue quickly. I come here 1 to 2 times a week and have a good experience with this staff and the store always.

Although the food was good this location lacks any kind of customer service. When you walk on the employee just look at you and never say hi or greet you in any way. They go about their business for a few then just walk up to the counter and stare at you.
