DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Absolutely horrible service and when thats not bad enough the food is always cold and/or raw. Unfortunately I like Arby’s food, so ive frequented this specific location and the food and service is always terrible. This was the last straw though, completely uncooked chicken after sitting in the drive thru for nearly 20 minutes. Took it inside and gentleman getting his food pulled it out to examine, his was also cold and raw. Absolutely disgusting restaurant.

Came thur at 6:38 pm on a Saturday night the third of January 2026, no customer in line or inside order a smokehouse brisket meal large size with crinkle cut fries and a cherry turn over was told to pull up waiting on fries after 20 minutes went inside to find no one inside and was greeted with “Bet you thought it was a ghost town in here”. And when I told them that I had been waiting outside for my order they seemed confused and didn’t remember what I was even waiting on. I couldn’t imagine going through on a lunch break or when they’re busy

Food was good, the men’s room was nasty. They had some type of bug catching box in the corner and you can see that there was a lot of bugs sticking out of the sides, gross. It wasn’t very clean.

The only reason it gets only four is the pricing but Arby’s is always a good meal and guaranteed to fill you up!! The quality of food is light years ahead of McDonald’s or Burger King and more so McDonald’s and for this particular restaurant great clean fast fresh food every single time I’ve ever went and in the years I have been going they have only messed up 1 sandwich so that’s a 100 A+ in books inside is clean aswell as bathrooms and soda machines!
