We live in Unicoi County wanted 2 grab dinner….im really unhappy about this experience. Steak nuggets are burnt, only got half an order of fries, sliders are squished & seem old. We asked for extra napkins & Arby’s sauce….We got 2 napkins, ZERO sauce & paid $30. I have called 5 times but they won’t answer. This is ridiculous I cant even speak with a manager

Arbys has just become way too expensive for fast food, especially being a one income household. So we only go when we have coupons that we receive in the mail. But this is like the third time now that we’ve received fries that are barely half full. Not to mention, the meat on the sandwiches has become half of what it used to be. My turkey bacon ranch sandwich only had enough turkey on it for half the sandwich. I wish I had taken a picture of my sandwich as well bc it was just pitiful. Needless to say, we’re just done with Arby’s!! It’s totally not worth the money at all!!

Do NOT order from DoorDash! They’ll leave out half of your order, send COLD fries (it took the driver LESS than 5 minutes to go from store to the house, so it obviously left there cold!), and then deny that they fulfilled the order, even though my receipt has their store # on it. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Do better.

I went through the drive through after a long day of work and I have been CRAVING a Ruben all dang day and everywhere was almost closed or closed that had Ruben’s so I decided to give Arby’s a shot for the first time and I get home excited to eat my sandwich and ITS NOT A RUBEN it’s a turkey bacon ranch sandwich with a small black hair on the cheese not to mention it just looked gross.

Food is always good. The cheese sauce is impeccable on the fries! The restaurant could really do with some updating. It just looks old and outdated. The bathrooms are in rough shape.

Every attempt they try to keep customers never really works with the ridiculous menu changes and really all this chain has to to to improve sales is bring the prices down to a fair amount, they are the most expensive fast food restaurant around for this rule of second class food

The crew is always miserable. You never get everything you pay for. Then when you call they act like you’re a problem.
It’s a shame not many restaurants nearby.
Updated to 2 stars management team reached out. Had a good conversation, they offered to replace the order. I went several days later and got the replacement order. They took care of me, got home…. wrong again. 5pm not even busy.

Walking today with my two dogs I was going to get a meal for myself and my dogs it started pouring rain and there really is no cover around there soi stood at the door where we could avoid most the rain unfriendly employee said in a really hateful tone I couldn’t come in with the dogs I didn’t want to bring them in just stay under the awning I chose to walk away from this unkind business and went to Burger King who welcomed us there shitty people out there just for the record arbys doesn’t exist for me anymore
