This was going to be our last time going if it was still not good. Our last three visits were absolutely horrible and waited over 30 min for two sandwiches. The employees seem to be different now and I really like the ladies you have working the front. Super friendly and you can tell they really care.

Arbys is the greatest thing that’s ever taken place out here in Winchester. Our small town doesn’t have a great variety of fast food with the quality of food that Arbys has to offer. The people that serve is always family friendly and the food is amazing. Prices are very worth the money and time if there is some waiting for the food. Me personally, I think I only had to wait maybe 1min after paying. If anything less than that. I would happily wait 10min for this food. It is incredible for what we have out here.

This restaurant was quite busy, but i ordered ahead and had my meal ready to go when I got there. I came in just after a man apparently cut himself somehow (?) And the mess was effectively handled by the woman behind the counter. She cut off the area and sanitized it immediately, all while the counter still took orders. The food wasnt quite as hot as I expected but was probably the best Arbys I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches, both juicy, and the curly fries came out perfect. Food was good, service was great all things considered, and the atmosphere was really nice.

Just like everyone was saying, this location is new so a long wait is expected and I’ve worked in fast food so I understand mistakes happen but I waited an hour to get my food in the drive thru just to get home and everything was old. I could barely bite into my chicken slider since the chicken was stale. Just a waste of food I cant even eat.

We went to Arby’s on the Sunday after the grand opening. Cars were wrapped around the building. So my husband and I parked, and went in. They were well staffed, and all working very hard. We were helped right away. We had to wait for about 10 minutes for our order. We had classic roast beef, and fries. It was hot, well prepared, and very good. For as busy as they were. I thought they were handling the crowd wonderfully! I have seen some negative reviews already posted….give them a break….they were handling it very well for being open for only a couple days!!!

I live less than 1/10 of a mile from the restaurant and I must admit, this Arby’s is a pretty darn decent place to eat. May be not such a good thing with my cholesterol. but very tasty none the less. Their breakfast sandwiches are fair in quality, but what won me over was the Double Beef & Cheddar. Piled on with the the leanest beef come with the cheesy goodness, it has high potential for me. Their mozzarella sticks are great as well. Right up there with the Farm Rich brand. Service was a little slower, but that’s expected when you open up a new place. This is a dream come true in this area.
