Wife sat at speaker for over 5 mins with nobody else in drive thru line. Never had anybody take her order. Finally decided to just drive around and saw worker with headset leaned against a car smoking, another just standing at drive through window. This was around 230pm. Please do better. Not sure if short staffed or what.

This is a really clean and neat location. Nothing like jamocha shakes and having a great meal while watching ESPN. The shakes were sensational, all of the food was good as expected and consistent with Arby’s core values. The dining area was kept up, very neat and clean, and very comfortable atmosphere. One of the workers who rang us up was new and did a good job but the trainer or manager was fabulous and came over and assisted her. I feel like it was Undercover Boss with a great manager. Thank you Arby’s for providing a good location.

1 star is too many. This place has always had nice people running the drive through until today. Some kid girl took my card after I placed a $97 order and said my mom wants to order and she said do you want to place another order. I said yes and she acted like an idiot and said mam I don’t have to take that and all I said was yes that’s what I told you yes. I got my card back and left. This business will go to nothing with someone like that handling large paying customers.

This is my favorite place to come and I’ve been a regular for years. It’s always been one of the only places in town that is never nasty and always quality and consistent. Recently, something has changed. From the drive-thru window you can hear the staff making the food hollering with the staff working front and window. There is some very obvious hostility in the air. Almost a younger versus older generation thing. The folks that have been here a long time and are amazing at their job seem to be getting a lot of push back from the younger folks. Most of the time lately my order is thrown together last minute while I’m already at the window and theyre arguing over what the person at the window is waiting on. Because of this, lately my food has been missing ingredients and very thrown together. I’ve been looking forward to trying the gobbler and finally got it and it was missing half the ingredients. Maybe the situation is backwards from what it looks like but it seems the people making the food are so worried about their comebacks and being right that they’re not even paying attention to what they’re doing other than treating the rest of the staff like crap. I don’t know if management recently changed because the manager they’ve had for years runs a tight ship and would not let this happen. I hope they get it worked out. I’d really hate to quit coming to my favorite place, but I’m not paying $7 for a thrown together mess.

I’m not one to post reviews but the drive thru here seriously needs work. I have sat waiting for someone to take my order for 15 minutes. The food here is great otherwise never had issues when I actually get food.

Sat in line for 20 min to pick up online order and had to end up going inside and waiting another 10 min to get our food. The lobby was not busy so I don’t understand why it took so long.The drinks were watered down and the beef n cheddar sandwiches were cold and tasted like fish and we couldn’t eat it. Tried calling and nobody answered the phone. I will not be going back to this location. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Total waste of time and money.

Do not go on your lunch break even if it is at 2 in the afternoon because its the slowest Arby’s I’ve ever seen. I only had 5 minutes to eat. They were not busy but still took almost 20 minutes to get my food.

Ate there today I got the roast beef meal just as good as always but the bread was a little more toasted than i’d usually like but the service was incredible, they seemed to have been dealing with a very upset customer who was quite rude to them and they handled it ever so professionally and I didn’t quite catch there names but whoever was working today gives me hope for customer service again. I will definitely be eating here more often.

Would definitely give 0 if I could. The manager was beyond rude and yelling at everyone and rude to us the cashier was having an attitude with everyone who came in. I’ve never seen such rude managers/workers ever then I did tonight
