I am writing a new review. A friend wanted Arbys, so I reluctantly agreed. We got the Meat & 3. Not only eas our food correct, and tasty, the service was fabulous. I loved it so much, I went back. It was good, tasty and friendly again. So, 3rd time… excellent AGAIN. Great job Arby’s on getting good people in there to make a skeptic into a fan again. God workers make ALL the difference, and it shows your peeps are good. Thank you.

We used the drive thru, but the person who waited on us was very nice and courteous. Our order was correct and one thing I really liked was that the burger without the onions was clearly marked on it’s wrapper. I didn’t have to unwrap the burgers to figure out which burger belonged to which person.

We stopped here while driving back home. When we came in, we were followed in by police officers who needed to deal with another customer in here. We went in to order our food. We waited 20 minutes before we were given a portion of our food. What we were given was already cold and while we waited for the remainder of our food (which was incorrect and the burger my son was given was still raw in the middle. We didnt realize this until he was done eating because he never said anything) one of the employees made a scene with a drive thru customer. The police came back for this situation also. A wild experience. An employee was kind enough to come out and apologize and offer us free shakes. We declined.

Simple request of a #5 (chicken, bacon, swiss) with no tomatoes and a dr pepper to drink. I waited five minutes at the speaker to take my order, I then waited another ten to receive my order… with tomatoes. Glad my allergies have subsided over the years… or this bite of tomatoe could’ve shut this Arby’s down for good!

Edit/update: 8/12/21… figured I’d stop in and give Arby’s another go. Same order: #5 no tomatoes, dr pepper, and a slider…. well, they took the phrase “slider” literally I guess, as it was disassemble inside my bag when I received it. (Also when did they start using plastic grocery bags?) No napkins or the sauce requested. Sandwich of course, had tomatoes… also had to “pull around the front of the building” and wait 8-10 minutes for my food.
Last visit here for me fellas. I don’t want to die on the way home in case my allergies ever act up again.

Food was absolutely awful, the fries and chicken were cooked in grease that had bitter taste to it, I would assume the grease was old and full of fat that had started to turn. The people were friendly and were trying to do a good job. I didn’t blame it on them, I doubt they knew. Was very disappointed, was the first time I have ever had a bad experience at Arby’s. Also the grease must have been a vegetable oil, left a sticky residue in your mouth.
