Love Arby’s and was looking forward to trying this location but the food was awful, just brutal. Made us wait because “we’re making new fries” but I don’t know who got them bec ours tasted hours old. Our sandwiches were such a lukewarm temp we worried about food safety and threw them out. Gave 2 stars bec at least the drinks were the right temperature? So now we are enjoying our $20 sodas and wondering where can go to get something to eat that will be half decent bec we sure didn’t get it here.

I went in today to get a vegetarian sandwich, I ordered the Turkey bacon crafted one with no meat. They gave me a dry sandwich, no sauce, no cheese, lettuce and tomato and charged me 9 dollars. They couldn’t done better than this. 4 dry pieces of bread for almost ten dollars!

Usually I really like Arby’s and I’m not left upset and wanting more. Me and my friend ordered both ordered chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches and much to our surprise both our sandwich’s lacked cheese and bacon.Which was the main point of getting this particular sandwich. I have left outstanding reviews in the past for this Arby’s, but my last experience was terrible. I placed my order online when I was in the restaurant. Then I was told they do not make it any more even though it is on their menu on the wall. Because I was charged, there is basically nothing they can do about it except call their headquarters. My daughter has heard that story before and when you call the headquarters, their response is it is the store’s responsibility to refund you. I am out $7.00 plus tax. This store should have put a piece of paper over the menu item on the screen if they are not going to offer it anymore.

How do you get a container of bits and pieces of old curly fries when you show up to the place an hour after it opens? I’m guessing it was last night’s food reheated. Order the big half pound sandwich and it was not close to his big as when I order it in other locations. Think I will be going to other Arby’s in the future

Heads up on this Arby’s location. If you do a take out, check your order before leaving. I recently got old dried out roast beef sandwiches & of course didn’t notice till I got home. Was not edible & out that money. Not the best Arby’s to go to for decent food.
