We had placed an order that was confusing to the new hire employees. So our order had some mishaps. We called Arby’s to discuss the situation. We had the pleasure of speaking with Lindsay, the General Manager. She was very polite, swift to find where the confusion and mishaps started, and eager to apologize. She was such a pleasure to speak with about our concerns. Arby’s located in Lewisburg, TN is in GREAT hands now!!

I had to wait 15 mins for my potato cakes that they said they forgot all about. I had to say hello and excuse me 5 times before they Heard me and they were literally standing 5 ft away. One of the girls was combing through her hair with her fingers while having her head bent over the prep table. All they could say was (my bad we forgot about you) will not ever be returning

Great food, its a little expensive for fast food but it is definitely worth the money though. They have great service and friendly employees. This Arby’s is a little slower then most but it’s located in a really convenient location in town it’s quick to get in and out and back to work in time even though the price is a little expensive it’s good quality fast food.

Asked for a few arbys sauce and bbq for the chicken, had to pull up and wait for 10 minutes for the chicken, got home and realized they gave me 5 cups of cheese sauce and nothing else. Some of the sizes weren’t right, but did they hear me correctly? Idk there was no receipt, oh well.

We stopped in because my honey wanted a fish sandwich, so bad, and when we ordered it, they were out do he was very disappointed I had a beef and cheddar sandwich and it was good, kind of messy with the cheese. Good food, quiet atmosphere, hardly ever see but one or two tables occupied at the busiest hours, service isn’t the fastest but always fresh food not long line ahead of you. The complete opposite of the line of traffic you’ll see at the Columbia Arby’s.

I don’t go to Arby’s very often because the sandwiches shown on TV and the menu board are rarely close to what you ever get. I wasn’t wanting a huge meal, and I knew they had sliders, so I thought I’d give them a try. I ordered one slider along with a small order of curly fries. The slider was decent and reasonably priced. The bag of curly fries included about half crinkle fries, too, making it appear that they’d rather give a customer (me) a bag of leftovers rather than fry up a fresh order. Way to go, Arby’s! I’ll try again in a few years!

We were headed home to KY from Destin…took the exit to bypass a wreck and Nashville Friday afternoon…the VP was also flying in….
Got the medium Beef and Cheddar and medium Roast beef combos. The young Man was very courteous and the portions were ample. Fries perfect.
