1st time ever to Arby’s.
Ben’s attention and dedication is exceptional.
Why Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ instead of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?
Because the picture in the wall’s menu have between 3-to-4 times the amount of meat in the real sandwich… Deserves a lonely one ⭐️.
Having said this… the Steak Nuggets are E X C E L L E N T and achieved the other ⭐️⭐️⭐️.
The place is clean, and quiet… nobody in, all drive-thru pickups.
Returned the next day for mo’Steak Nuggets + Potato Cakes… A combination with a place in Heaven.
Dunno if I will adventure another sandwich… perhaps just to take and post pictures of the menu vs. the real thing, but will definitely return for Steak Nuggets + Potato Cakes.

Do I typically leave reviews for fast food chains? No. But this Arby’s just stands out. I hit the drive-thru more than I care to admit since I try to limit fast food consumption, but every single time I’m greeted politely, my order is correct, and everything is made fresh. The staff at the window are so kind, and seem to actually take pride in their job. It’s so refreshing! It’s unfortunate that I try to strictly limit my fast food intake or I would stop here way more often just for the staff.

Half lb roast beef is indeed not a half lb of roast beef. 8 oz is a half lb not 5.7 oz.

Sat in drive through for almost a half hour and didn’t get my entire order after being “pulled forward” to wait on a single french dip and fries for 20 minutes. Second time this has happened. Waited almost a year to go back after it happened the first time. I’ll be going to a different location if I ever go again.

Very poor customer service I was overcharged even after I gave them my coupon didn’t even offer to give me my money for the difference and when I asked for it the manager got upset with me. Go anywhere else this establishment has went downhill. The chicken sandwich was cold had mayo and honey mustard heavily thrown on it. Also didn’t give me a receipt after I asked them twice for it.

Arby’s is what it is. What really stood out though was how polite and genuine the young woman was that took my order and handed me my food. Don’t know her name but she had a really nice tattoo on her arm. This is the kind of service that makes people want to come back. Thank you!!
