i walked in with my family and was immediately greeted, i was amazed; typically you don’t receive that at fast food. a young lady kylie took our order and although i asked a lot of questions she was pretty patient with me and she also sold me a ducky . lobby was clean and smelled good. food was correct and hot .

Normally when we eat here it’s fantastic but not this time, We ordered around 2:30pm the person taking our order didn’t speak up so it was difficult to hear her, we waited for our food about 30 minutes,we had ordered 3 market fresh turkey bacon ranch, during this time there were three cashiers one of them was sitting on the counter, another girl was hugging her and the other was on her phone, very unprofessional and unsanitary, when we got home and got our food it was wrong they gave us 3 buffalo chicken sandwiches, which were poorly made and very messy with sauce all over the place..if I see them there the next time I order I will just drive off.. management needs to be on top of them… the way the food came was not worth $54….

Arby’s is always a great place to eat. It feels like an upscale fast food restaurant. The wait is never long. The food is a big step above other fast food places but not more expensive. Their curly fries are awesome! The inside of the restaurant feels nice and almost cozy. This place never disappoints.

coraline was the absolute sweetest and I felt so bad for her. she was running around doing everything while her shift lead/supervisor (blue hair) Rachel? sat around the corner smoking letting that poor girl do everything. My food was great but that’s only because she was sprinting around trying to get everything done. maybe you should rethink management and switch up your shift supervisors to that poor blonde girl

Not bad, considering it’s a chain the food is above average. Service was fair. No issues just took a bit longer than it should have based on other chains of a similar scope and service. Better food than say a McDonald’s or Wendy’s. It’s not a five star restaurant but it servers it purpose well enough.

i had to wait what felt like 3 hours for my food. I had to pee really bad but i couldn’t leave because i needed my yummy food. The food wasn’t even that good. My dog makes better food. My dog EATS better food. They were so slow and poorly managed. I honestly never want to come back here in my entire life. They need WAY WAY WAY BETTER SERVICE. I don’t recommend this place. It genuinely makes me so mad. -10000000/10. This place should shut down its so bad….
