I love Arby’s food, but the closest Arby’s is in a different state. I live in New Orleans and have to go to Mississippi to get an Arby’s roast beef sandwich. I really wish they would comeback.

I was craving a sandwich so I decided to try the new Italian Sub. I got everything on it besides the garlic sauce I sub mayo instead. Now what got to me was the bread was not fresh plus it was luke warm, I was devastated I probably want try it again.

My experience at Arby’s when I walk in it was very clean inside and smiling co-workers greeting me and ask me would I like to try there New Steak Nuggets Meal and I said sure thanks for asking because I see the Steak Nuggets advertising on T.V. and I would love to try and don’t forget the potatoes fries and sauce, and it was good and tender steak bites thanks Arby’s Loved The New Menu Items and keep up the good work and thanks for good vibes and clean atmosphere.

They consistently forget the marinara sauce when I order mozzarella sticks. This shouldn’t be the norm and I shouldn’t need to remind the employees for a sauce that is included with the mozzarella sticks.

Piss poor service, was told the shake machine is down plus the Arby’s app is on the fritz, I was unable to place a order, had to go through the drive thru where I was told to pull forward into a parking spot out front despite being the only vehicle in the drive thru. Why would the shake machine be down during the dinner rush on a weekday? Date of service was 2/27/2026.

Arbys is awesome. We have never had a bad experience. We ring the bell after every visit. We love the sliders and curly fries and love the promotions that they run. Always something tasty on the menu at Arby’s. Turkey ham roast beef chicken brisket beef roast beef roast beef roast beef, lol. Yummy!
