Purchased a fish sandwich here. It was drenched in tartar sauce and soggy lettuce. It has so much tartar sauce the fish was slipping out of the bun. Disgusting. Couldn’t even finish it. Don’t waste your money.

Walked in today, waited for several minutes, no one ever came out from the kitchen to wait on us. That blows my mind, who is running this place? Not to mention how absolutely disgustingly dirty it was inside, I will never eat here again, just yuck yuck yuck!

Went for dinner tonight. I will include pictures of the large fries we paid for. None had been eaten before the pictures were made. Also, did not receive the dressing for my side salad. The cup of cheese I paid for to dip the fries in was barely half full. Very disappointed in the order overall. They were also out of diet coke. I ended up with lemonade that was ok at best.
The manager called and took care of this issue so that was awesome. I would now give 5 stars.

All of the food had a strange bitter flavor. It was also cold because they told me to pull forward at the drive through and then they never brought it out to me. After going inside it was just sitting there and the employees were just sitting there. You get what you pay for.

First, I could not remember the name of the new sandwich I saw advertised. (he’s called the Angus) At the drive thru, I asked the clerk what was the name of the new sandwich. Silence. I described it to her. Beef, peppers, onions,cheese, bun, etc. and again, just silence. Then she said The Italian. I found that but it didn’t have onions and peppers. I told her no, that wasn’t it. More silence. The Angus was not on the menu posted outside. I gave up and ordered a French Dip. I get to the window and did not receive an apology, napkins or a thank you. The sandwich was ok but not what I wanted. Simple courtesy should be taught to be a part of the fast food industry. And for goodness sake‘s, always always always add Napkins to a to-go order.

Beef was cooked well today. Have had some chewy stuff here before but excellent on this visit. I also got a Hawaiian bun on my med roast beef bc I cannot have sesame seeds! Arby’s needs to keep Hawaiian buns all the time! We non seed eaters would appreciate it. Better than the star bun by far!

Friendly, informative, fast service. Good sales. Delicious, hot food & cold shakes with various menu choices. Quiet, decently clean place to dine inside but not updated or well-kept. To be fair, we came on an unusually busy day. Even still, they kept up with servicing the self-serve station (utensils, drinks, condiments) well.

Came by for lunch today and the door was locked to enter the dining room. The drive thru was open so we knew they were open. I had a disabled person with me so we couldn’t eat in the car. No sign on the door. Tried to call, no answer. Very frustrating.

Love Arby’s and found one conveniently located to my route home. Got disappointed when the drive thru menu lights were off but stopped anyway. I’m glad I did because they were still open. Everything perfect but the potatoe cakes I would have to wait on but at least it was offered. Next time when I have extra time. So glad they are back on the menu!
