Ordered on arbys app. When I arrived they informed me that their shake machine was down and that they could not refund my money and I would have to call their 800#. I called the number and the guy stalled for 15 minutes gathering basic info before hanging up on me without saying a word. They lost a loyal customer tonight over $10.

This Arbys has comically bad service. I ordered a Americana roast beef sandwich without lettuce or tomato and was literally told i could only remove either lettuce or tomato, but not both . I have ordered this sandwich 100x this way without issue at other Arbys, not sure if its due to ignorance or laziness in this instance, though.

Food was old and overcooked. Got the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich meal. Fries were way to salty, sandwich was way old. Had parts wich felt undercooked and overcooked. In house dining was unavailable due to lack of personnel, I appreciate those who want to work, just wish my meal was better.

Gave this place another try. Same experience. Stood at counter for almost 10 minutes and heard an employee in back state “I don’t have to go up front. Lady in headset came to counter and welcomed me, so I thought, and as I started my order, put her finger up to tell me no. She was taking a drive through order. Then walked away. Stood some more, gave up, left. Last time here for sure.
