What have they done to my Chicken Cordon Bleu?!? I waited YEARS for them to bring this back and I finally got the chance to get one and it was horrid. The sandwich was room temperature. I have no idea how long that piece of chicken sat out under a heat lamp, but check out the picture and try to explain it to me. To add insult to injury, my curly fries were barely warm. I haven’t been this disappointed at an Arby’s in a long time. For the amount of time it took them to get my food out to me, there was plenty of time for not only hot fries, but fresh chicken
The crew was okay, but no one was manning the front counter. I dont know what’s happened to this location in the last few years, but things have definitely changed for the worse.

Great deals in the app. I highly recommend everyone to join the loyalty program. This location was very friendly and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this location if you are in the neighborhood. It will be worth the trip!

This will be our Go-To stop in this town now. The crew was exceptional! They took the time to change up a kid’s meal a bit and didn’t rush my large family when ordering at the counter. The restaurant is clean. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The food is delicious. My crew was impressed and happy! These guys are impressive!

We saw this place open after 9pm, so stopped to get something from the drive thru. We love Arby’s, but do not recommend coming here late at night. It felt like we were inconveniencing the staff from the moment we pulled up to the order board.
We were the only ones that came thru the drive thru in the 10+ minutes we were there, but still had to pull forward. I’ve never understood that!
The food was ok. The fries were hot.
Willing to give another chance since we came through late, but we do expect better.

This store has to be the slowest “fast food” in the country. Twice in 2 days we’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have been disappointed both times, along with most every other time we’ve been here. Not sure if they’re short on help or what the problem is, but today we waited 15 minutes before we left and never made it to the speaker. One truck ahead of us sat at speaker for those 15 minutes. When we pulled around, there was zero vehicles in line ahead of said truck. It’s a shame because Arby’s food is good and we enjoy it – just can’t buy it because they won’t sell it to you.

Ordered a double roast beef combo w/a coke and I again ordered a beef and cheddar double w/a coke. I was severely disappointed when I looked under the bun of the beef and cheddar. Beef and cheddar doubles get two pumps of cheese . I know this cause I have worked there. Anyway, mine only had a small smear of cheese. Paid $20.22 for two combos. Happy with the regular roast beef, hit the beef and cheddar was disappointing. I wanted what I paid for. Not what the employee felt like giving me

Came in to pick up an order that I made. I checked my food and got old and stale tasting fries which you can look and see because they were small burnt crumbs in them and it wasn’t even a minute when I went back in and asked can I get some fresh ones but whoever the girl is that was working drive thru is rude as hell she snatched the fries and slammed them in the trash like I’m bothering her not saying I’m sorry for that then made me another one but my question is if you had fresh fries why give someone bottom of the barrel old fries?! I’ve worked fast food myself but normally you apologize for the inconvenience and then when someone says thank you don’t turn your back and ignore them as if they’re bothering you. I order all the time from here because I work here in Andalusia but after this encounter I’m not spending another dime because I don’t want to spend my money in an establishment that makes you feel like they’re being bothered with bad customer service!
