The drive thru makes this location quick and convenient. Orders have always been correct and staff is friendly. The amount of meat in each sandwich is great and sure to fill you up! If you’ve never had Arby curly fries, you must try them!

Overcharged me. When I complained the cook slung my food around. I asked to speak to the manager. She took 10 minutes to come up there and she made a big scene about it like I was the bad guy. Then let my food set there another 10 minutes while she waited on everyone else. Food was all cold and terrible.

This is my second visit here in two months. I was super impressed with the attitude of the order taker in the drive through the first time around. The second time was even better. The first time the manager delivered my food after a brief wait in a parking spot. Both times I was given HOT FRESH food to my door. This manager has a great crew. Thank you. Wish more were like you all. See you sooner next round!

This was the worst Arby’s I have ever been to. Never go to this location!! You have been warned!!!!! I purchased the king’s Hawaiian fish. It came on a very burnt bun (unedible)! The fish itself was guaranteed fried at least 2 times. The fries were COLD to the touch. I’m such a fan of Arby’s, but I have never seen the level blaintant mishandling of how food should be served ever! ITS SAD. I’ve learned my lesson I’ll never be back to the Ozark, AL location!

The customer service was not good at all. My husband also found a hair in his fries . The food is hit or miss when we go. A lot of times we have went the food wasn’t even warm. Sometimes we go it’s really good. So I guess it’s a eat at your own risk.

As a truck driver that stops in the late evening, I must say they do a great job at making food fresh. Ordered the new waygu burger and asked for sourdough bread instead of a bun, and not only did they accommodate my request but the cook toasted the bread and cut my sandwich in half without being asked to. Very happy customer!
