You are greeted with a homeless woman sleeping in a bench- cell phone plugged in and occupying a dirty table.
The resturant is Disgustingly dirty. Drywall dust all over the tables and floor. I had to clean my own table. 3:00 in the afternoon- I saw the manager at the counter counting cash with a bill counter- ( figured she was manager as she was not wearing a name tag) I mentioned the situation pertaining to the tables. She responds “ we have had some work done and haven’t had time to clean them!” Im thinking: there is 5 staff I can see and no one has time to clean tables? I watch an employee snack on food on the line as drive through was busier than inside.
The drink drain is stopped up, water spilling over and onto the counter and floor- creating a slippery floor.
The Toliet bowl has not seen a brush in months.
Then the food:
I asked for extra sauce.
Got none.
I asked for hot fries- got old stale hard fries.
I ordered chicken strips and they forgot those entirely.
1 person in the store while I was there.
I do not know how this place is legal to serve food.
I will not return to any Arby’s.

Got the chicken sandwich meal with a milk shake and also the steak bite mac and cheese. Ordered it through the app. Everything was fine until I grabbed the Mac and cheese. Open the container and its like the just filled it with a single spoon full of Mac and cheese. Its not even enough to cover the bottom of the container. Wth…

It goes without saying that the food was delicious. I love my Arby’s, and this location is my all-time favorite. All the employees were cheerful even while performing their job assignments. They were just so professional & pleasing. I recommend this Arby’s location in Enterprise for anyone who wants quality & delicious food.
Update: I went today @ 6:20 p.m. and the service is still above expectations, and the bathrooms are definitely the cleanest in Enterprise.

Was not happy with the service.
We ordered and it took 25 minutes to get our order. They was not busy what so ever. After 15 minutes my wife asked what was taking so long and she was told that the drive thru got busy. Sorry that’s no excuse!! 10 minutes later when we got our food my wife’s Roadt beef sandwich was cold and messy as was mine. Curly fries was cold and over cooked almost burnt.
If I could have gave a zero I would have. The one food handler went to the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands. I know this because I went in after he came out and the sink was dry! I will be calling the health department Monday. Bathroom was dirty and nasty smelling.

On 9-17-22 we stopped by Arbys in Enterprise and the service was terrible. No one acknowledged we were even stand waiting to get our order taken. After standing there Verdi’s walked up and didn’t say anything to us just stood behind register and placed her hand on her hip and looked at us. After we received our food my boyfriend asked for spicy 3pepper sauce. Verdi rolled her eyes and with out saying a word she got the sauce and had a bad attitude. When eating my boyfriend poured out his curly fries and as u can see in the picture he didn’t just get curly fries he also got crinkle fries. This looked to be intentional due to the bottom had curly then crinkle the curly again. This place is rude and we will never return.

I eat at this establishment pretty regularly during lunch hours. The food and service is always exceptional. Today I stopped after work to get something for me and the wife and I was so disappointed with what I received. I order 2 French dip Swiss combos. Upon getting home we discovered the fries were cold, the drinks were warm, there was only a half of a cup of the dipping gravy for 2 orders and it too was ice cold. Add insult to injury there was not even any napkins in the bag. I understand that in the evening there are primarily the younger workers scheduled, I’m not bashing the younger workers however what I paid almost $30 for is disappointing and totally unacceptable.

Haven’t had a good experience here yet. Closed early, once told my wife they ran out of roastbeef and couldn’t refund her online order. Large fries filled up as if it were a small,twice. I love Arby’s, but this place could do better.
