Relatively clean location. The service could be better – nobody gave me napkins (which i realized when i started eating my to-go order). Also the food did not leave a great feeling in the stomach… the gyro was also too fatty

Went a little after 10:00 a.m. Friday February 6th the girl at the drive-thru was talking like she didn’t even want to be there it makes no sense if you don’t want to work just don’t go don’t have .an attitude with people that come to get something to eat. I love Arby’s but that may be my last time going because that one really tall girl has a attitude every time I go there

I went inside to pick up a mobile order today (01/11/26) at about 1:50pm As we were waiting for them to prepare the order, the young boy that was making our sandwiches was joking about putting his “secret sauce” in a customer’s sandwich. The manager was right there and she just laughed. Totally disgusting. Even it was just a joke, that is not something you want to hear as you are waiting for your food.

What a joke this Arby’s is. 1.6 oz of meat on a classic roast beef sandwich. Then when I called the manager she told me I was lieing and I never ordered anything from there store. Then after 10 minutes of telling them the order number and time and price total she finally found my order. The manager was very rude and will not even go back for my replacement sandwiches because I do not want them to do something else to them. I don’t care how much you get paid if I’m spending my money that I worked hard for and those employees can’t do there job then find another job!! Plain and simple one of the worst things you can do is mess with a person’s food.

While me and my dad went to pick up our order the employee in the back was talking about putting his “special sauce” on a previous customers sandwich this happened at 1:50pm on Sunday January 11th and the manager was just laughing it off i wouldn’t recommend eating here unless arbys takes action

Only car in drive thru. Was told food will take an extra 5 min. Took 15 minutes. Only couple people inside already seated and eating. Drove off with food without checking cause now running late. 2 fries missing. Not good at all. Could maybe understand is super busy.
