Both beef patties were burnt to a crisp.
I ordered a Greek gyro meal and I was given the option that has roast beef. On top of being the wrong kind of gyro it had no lettuce or tomato on it, just plain roast beef on a peta bread.
The manager snatched the burnt burger out of my hands and slammed it into the trash can then he proceeded to cuss at the man who made the food for our order.
They had about 4 cars in drive through the there were only three other customers that came in about 2 minutes after we did.
We didn’t even get a basic “I’m sorry about that” from the manager. Very unprofessional.
The lobby was very clean when we got there.
Next time I want Arby’s I’ll have to drive to the Montgomery HWY location, hopefully the food at that location will be better. I have included a picture of one of the burgers before I sent it back so they could remake it.

As bad as Arby’s has been getting for the past few years, this is easily the worst one I have ever been to. Got 2 sandwiches, just sandwiches for $16, and the corned beef on the Ruben is cold, fresh out of the fridge.
Both sandwiches are soggy, and if I get sick I am suing.
This location and then the company Arby’s just needs to go out of business already.
I will never be a customer again.

Can’t rate the food because I didn’t get it. Walked in and asked if they were still serving. Ordered, paid and sat down to wait. Girl comes through and asked if I plan on eating in dining room. Yep, I sure do. I just spent $20 and I’m not going to eat in my car. I was told I would have to get my food and leave so she could close the dining room. At 10 on a Friday night? Nope! Got a refund and left and will never eat Arby’s again.

It was close to closing time the guy that took our order was very polite and ask us to pull up to a waiting area after a short time he brought out our order and was very cheerful even at that hour.

Do not use drive thru! Always go in. Always check your bag. Order is never right and they are always under staffed or have brand new staff with little training. Food is good.

Cashier was a very friendly older man loved his job ,store is very clean and inviting restaurant, food was awesome great chicken sandwich was tender and juicy chicken, egg roll was great so was the cheese sticks, great sweet tea, easy in and out of parking lot

Went to this Arby’s and was devastated with the service got our order wrong then tried making us pay extra for drinks trying to make us just pay for another order instead of just changing it to the correct order then they proceeded to take our phone inside their window to pay then handed us our food we then waited at the window as they closed it in our face with our phone and money and never came back
Every single worker was just acting like they didn’t care and didn’t know what their job was very disappointing to see this all grown adults!!

Customer service was as good as it could be due to there was miscommunication when ordering and that was only due to the mask that everyone has to wear. Food was good and we got it pretty quickly. I got the fish sandwich and my guys got other items as well. Arby’s is not scared to put a lettuce on there sandwiches it was a little to much for my liking as I had enough left over for a side salad

The pita on an Arby’s gyro is not supposed to be hard or stale. Arby’s describes their gyros as being served on a warm, soft flatbread – mine was cold and very crunchy. Loved one nearest me asked what I was crunching on…
A hard or stale pita is a quality issue, likely due to it being old, improperly stored (such as in a refrigerator which dries out bread quickly), or heated incorrectly, possibly for too long until it became dry and brittle – I don’t reckon I will get another gyro if they serve stale flatbread.

Great food. They were a little generous with the lettuce and buffalo sauce on my sandwich but other than that pretty normal for an arbys. They are open to dining in at the moment. Limited seating but there us usually open tables at places like this. Will probably be here again.
